As a celiac on holiday in Marina di Carrara in September and I decided to go and try the gluten-free pizza. I have to say that for the first time, I ate a real gluten-free pizza (not the frozen ones or focaccias). The dough was very soft and excellent, you could hardly feel the difference with the wheat flour dough. The owner is very good and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a gluten-free pizzeria nearby. I will definitely be back!!

Great choice of Gluten free foods available. A range of foods that I didn't find anywhere else so far. Super friendly host, all dishes are made to order so it's fine it takes a bit longer. Heavily recommended

Delicious pizza and focaccia, friendly and knowledgeable staff, possibility of consuming gluten free and lactose free meals. Highly recommended, always better to book. It can be consumed both at the table and to take away

The staff is very friendly and the place is clean. The service is efficient. The menu is very extensive and the quality of the pizzas is excellent. Gluten-free pizzas are also available (perhaps the only ones in the area!), which can also be ordered on the spot. Recommended ☑️💯
