Love the red deer. Particularly big fan of the vegan fish and chips đ and the deep fried pickles.
Regular rotation and wide selection of real ale and other drinks.
Also, good selection of gluten free food.

Love the gluten free pizza here, but I cannot recommend anything else from the gluten free menu. I ordered a seekh wrap which is meant to come with lettuce and chips, but this is how the wrap arrived. Made me feel a little sad :(
Birthday vibes at Church â Temple of Fun đđ
Had my birthday meal here and honestly, it was amazing. The staff were so friendly, and they even wrote âHappy Birthdayâ on a slab on the table â little touches like that mean a lot.
The vibe was chill but quirky â lights, colours, and cool stuff on the walls (neurodivergent-friendly big time!). Thereâs a photo booth, pool table, PlayStation area upstairs, and Iâve heard they do live music too, though I only came for food this time.
All the food is vegan â and trust me, even the meat-eaters in my family were shocked how good it was. They were reading the menu like it was in another language đ but ended up loving every bit. They actually wanted more! I had a lush mocktail and even grabbed a tee from the merch stand.
My mum has really bad dietary needs (gluten-free, soy-free, vegan) and the staff went out of their way to sort her something proper. That meant the world â not everywhere does that.
Whole night was just spot on. Food, vibes, staff, all of it. If youâve got ADHD or autism or youâre just a bit quirky like me, this place makes you feel right at home.
My only concern was the toilets â my mum has lung disease and the only ones we were shown were up a very steep staircase. I didnât see any downstairs or get offered an accessible option. If you use a wheelchair or have mobility issues, Iâd recommend calling ahead to check if they have accessible toilets. Not all disabilities are visible, so itâs just something to be aware of. If you donât need that, it wonât be an issue â but I always include things like this for others with diverse needs.
Thanks church for helping make my 40th a good one ! âď¸ đŤśđ˝
Lovely gluten free cheesy garlic bread - nowhere else gets anywhere close to this. I actually took my food away this time but the atmosphere was nice as I waited and the cook time was less than 10 minutes
This is probably one of the best pizzas my wife and I ever had. We were frequent clients when living in Sheffield. My wife is celiac and they had great alternatives for her. Ingredients were always fresh. We will never forget this place. We brought Italian friends to the restaurant and they were positively surprised with the quality of the dishes
As some one with food allergies i always end up disappointed with the limited options available but not here, so much gluten free choice, I was served by Sophie who reassured me that my food would be served separate and wouldnât get mixed up, food was delicious and a full selection of desserts so not just sorbet! Lovely relaxing evening, great food and service, I will definitely be back.
Great first time experience. Food was not only quick but delicious when it arrived. Good selection of Beer too. Venue is very accommodating for Gluten-Free diets. Served by Sadid, Eva and Mareey, all of whom were amazing for our needs.
Had an amazing experience at Spoon. The food and service were exceptional. Even though I have gluten intolerance and specific dietary preferences, the owner made sure that I had a perfect meal. I highly recommend it.

Great little place. Very relaxed atmosphere. Remarkably quick service. Excellent food. Excellent menu. Extensive Gluten Free menu which I often find in quite hard to get across in Vietnamese/ Chinese restaurants because of language barriers and misunderstandings around what contains gluten.
We attended on a Monday night for a family meal with three children and four adults. Two of the party required strict gluten free food and our server Samanta was precise and careful with her menu advice. There was a lot of GF options and some possible mitigations. We enjoyed a range of high quality starters, mains and desserts and one of the Coeliac diners was blown away by the GF pale ale.
All in all, a wonderful weeknight dining experience with a pleasant atmosphere and attentive and friendly service. We felt very well looked after and look forward to returning.
After a few years coming back to Zizzi, it was worth it! The food was amazing, staff friendly and nice, atmosphere great. Waiting time was short. There are a few different options for anyone who is vegetarian, gluten-free, or with any allergies, which is great.
I would definitely recommend this place and for sure I will come back!
Good range of food. Excellent gluten free menu. Top quality service from an enthusiastic young team. Often very busy. Superb outside seating area and play equipment for children.
Went there for Sunday roast. Great beer and even better food. I had an amazing pastrami seasoned brisket roast, my partner had the tomato, olive, capers ect. gluten free oat loaf. Both tasted exceptionally good.
Arrived on a busy Saturday evening without a booking with a very hungry swimmer. No problem accommodating us and couldn't have been more obliging. Vito, our waiter, was exceptional, catering to our gluten free requirements without any fuss. The food came promptly and tasted fabulous. Altogether a very memorable evening. Thank you Piccolino and Vito
Really delicious food and set menu is good value for money especially with the 20% off offer! We had a coeliac guest and they catered really well for gluten free, we contacted them on social media and the recommended preordering for allergens via email to ensure no cross contamination. They were very well informed when we got there and made sure to inform us that the soy sauce was GF as well as the courses and what adaptations they had made to cater for allergens. Sushmita was an amazing server, very attentive and friendly
Lots of gluten free options on the menu.
Tasty food. Lots of healthy options.
Lovely staff.
Live music.
Delish cocktails
We will go again the next time we are in Sheffield.
Two young people who love what they do and it shows in the quality of the food. I very much enjoyed chatting with the owners and learning about the cuisine. It's all gluten free and the vegetarian options were amazing. My favourite was the homemade gulab jamun and chai. You can also take your pooch along too if you have one. What more do you need?
Was thrilled with my visit here. We drove over an hour to this board game cafe because it was the only one I could find that had gluten free food options, and it was so worth it. This place is definitely a new favourite for me and my friends.
The staff were all incredibly lovely and just so helpful, attentive and patient. 10/10
Lovely atmosphere and layout, it felt both cosy and spacious and is just a really well-done set up with nice lighting.
There is a huge range of games to play and lots of options for beginners. There were also a great range of games for sale.
The food and drinks were really great. My friend was blown away by the GF bagels and said they were amazing. All the food and drinks were so nicely made and presented and the service was really speedy as well.
Would highly recommend a visit here!
Fantastic place and will definitely be back! Took my partner who loves birds to a food drink and owl session and we both loved it. Staff are amazing and they have great food choices (options for gluten or milk allergens!!) Couldnât be happier with our time there
Went here for a birthday meal, the do a good gluten free menu and I had no issues after my meal, the food was amazing and the staff were lovely and very friendly.
Brilliant service,Hari was so friendly and helpful.l was gluten free and my sister was dairy free Hari when throw what we could have.we both had browies with vanilla ice cream it was delicious and a coffee each.we will definitely be coming back.need more optiona for gluten free.
We were so impressed with this place. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable about the dishes, giving lots of info on the restaurant itself which was interesting. The food was exquisite, really professional (Michelin Star worthy I'd say) and delivered to the table really quickly. Loads of vegetarian options with a gorgeous vegan & gluten free main which I had. Really relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Will definitely be going back!
We went for a girls night out, with three of us, but unfortunately we timed it so that all the people who were headed to the theatre (doors open at 7, show starts 7:30) were just being served. We ordered quite quickly, but drinks didn't show up until we flagged a passing server at 45 minutes in, and even then one was missing, and we didn't get tap water until halfway through the food. Food was also very delayed, although delicious. The whole place emptied out almost completely at 7pm, so the atmosphere changed entirely because it went from bustling to quiet, but unfortunately the service still didn't improve and we waited so long that we changed our minds and didn't get dessert, and then struggled to get the attention of a server to get the bill, even though the place was empty. Everyone was too busy cleaning up after the theatre rush.
Server was apologetic for forgetting our drinks near the start, but didn't seem to realise that we had been forgotten again later on.
Vegan options were great though, and I know they also do gluten free.
Do not order if you are gluten free. We made our order online, and had our money taken, only for the order to be cancelled and to be told that we would not be refunded for 3-5 working days. When we phoned to complain, they were rude to us on the phone, and told us to make and pay for another order, as there were no GF options available. If there was no GF, their website should have stated this when we first ordered. Will not be ordering again.
Fantastic menu with plenty of gluten and egg free options. Friendly service and so helpful especially when queried about allergies. Family friendly and food for all ages.

Leanne was bloody brilliant. An absolute ray of sunshine and made our night! It was my birthday and I was so grateful to receive a free drink. The savvy b I had was delightful and the pickle margarita was PERFECT! Our food was wonderful - special mention to the crack mac and cheese and the Crunchwrap - Iâm certain your food is laced with addictive substances. I was accommodated with use of the disabled toilet (that will teach me to drink too much and fall down hills) and my mother in law said ordering with her gluten allergy was a breeze. The bill was so reasonable considering what we had and I cannot wait to come back.
Such a pleasure. Busy but homely beautiful cup of coffee and the food looked Devine!! I'm a celiac and was impressed to see the option for gluten free toast but was so sad to find no gluten free cake options on the day. We went Saturday morning around 11am and the service was polite and speedy. Certainly be returning hopefully there will be some GF cake next time.
Had a 'naked burrito bowl' here last week after looking at the great reviews. Unfortunately the portion was very meagre and the same price as the burrito, despite it not containing the tortilla wrap, and only one very small scoop of rice! It tasted okay but nothing special - the lime rice was cold, had no flavour, and they charge extra for cheese and guacamole. Nearly ÂŁ10 for one scoop of rice, one of chilli, a handful of lettuce and salsa is outrageous. It's also disappointing that the vegetarian options are priced the same as the meat ones when they are clearly much cheaper to prepare. Being gluten intolerant and a foodie I'm also disappointed that the tacos are made on wheat tortillas which are not as tasty or authentic as corn/masa ones. Wouldn't return. If you want authentic Mexican food then I'd recommend Pellizco just doen the road!
Just 1 word ... Amazing đ. Most of our family are gluten-free, and the food was out of this world. The pictures below are all gluten-free, and these are just a small range of the gluten-free menu. The staff were amazing, friendly, and very attentive. We would highly recommend bb's to anybody, but we would recommend booking a table.
Great service and a smart ambience. Gluten Free requests are taken seriously and the server spent time going over the menu with us. Food is consistently delicious.
My partner is Gluten free, onion free and garlic free. We have visited twice and it has been great that my partner has had no adverse reaction to the meals he has requested. We have been able to pre-book the day before to enable the restaurant to accommodate my partner's needs and to be honest with his bespoke dietary requirements the Olive House has not failed. They are a lovely, friendly and committed bunch. We went yesterday, having pre-booked my partner's meal. Unfortunately his starter was forgotten and although urgently re-ordered, he was offered a plate of glutened bread, which did concern. We shall definitely go again, but I think they should re-evaluate their menu as two people in the party requested combination shush which came with a vast amount of rice, salad, potatoes but only 2 pieces of lamb and 2 pieces of chicken.. your food is stunning. It's just the combination of foods that needs addressing.. things just need tweaking... Don't give up.. you'll smash this...see you very soon. X
Nico was our waiter and explained the menu and drinks. One of us was gluten free and he found out what she could have and the kitchen adapted the meals to accommodate this. Great food and really good live music. Would definitely come again and recommend.
I ordered from here on deliveroo and disappointed cannot do it justice. Normally when I get deliveroo from any other wagamama I never have any issues with quality. However, I ordered from the Sheffield branch for the first time this evening. I ordered a grilled chicken ramen with rice noodles instead of regular as i am gluten free and as soon as i opened the bowl i was upset. firstly, the portion size in comparison to the bowl size was lacklustre. there was maybe two chunks of chicken in there (not even sliced) and the bamboo wasnât cooked or warm. the broth tasted really off and i couldnât even resurrect it with chilli oil. I was excited to have a meal I have had at any other branch fine but now just feel horrendously unwell
What a great meal out! And i'm coeliac and all my family are vegetarian and we were spoiled for choice. The food tasted fabulous and the member of staff who took our order was very helpful in explaining what was gluten free, which for what we ordered was everything! Will definitely go back again.
