BJ’s has the best gluten free pizza we’ve ever had. We get the pepperoni extreme. Also they have GF pizookies!! Delicious!! All the servers we’ve had when we eat here are so good and friendly. Today we had a new server Hannah. She was very friendly and had a happy, positive demeanor and was very attentive to our table. She made our visit a great experience. I have made pizza for a living before- we came in around 10 pm and the people were nice and fast but the inconsistency with topping placement is weak as heck and also the gluten free pizza is the worrrsttttt pizza dough ive ever ever EVER had in my life. It was raw, had HOLES, like what even is this? Dont get gluten free here. Yikes. Work on topping the entire pizza.... not just a couple corners. Maybe people just dont like working here. I get it. Its fast food. Topping choices are awesome and the workers are friendly, so its probably a great place to go for quick pizza late in the night.
I ordered my food to go and one burger was gluten free ( do to allergy) there was no indication on the packaging and the toppings weren't correct . I called the restaurant to give feedback on the gluten free order and they were fantastic offered to remake. We did decline the offer and scraped off what was incorrect and figured out which one was gluten free.. The manager was fantastic and offered a refund on the burger. This was my first time there and the food was delicious I will definitely be back here again!!! The management took care of my issues and was Amazing
My wife and I have been going to Red Robin for several years now. It's our favorite place to eat. We've gotten to know most of the serving and management staff there, and consider them friends. Many of them even remember our names and what we usually order. So, the service is warm and friendly. The food is really good. The burgers are very tasty and there's a large variety of flavors and meats and veggies type burgers. So, anyone can find the burger that suits their taste preferences. (Gluten free is available, too) I've tried many of the burgers and never had a bad experience. They're tasty, juicy, and plenty big. Most of the burgers are in the vicinity of $15, plus or minus. But, they include bottomless fries, too. And speaking of fries....NOBODY has better fries than Red Robin. I've OD'd on those things way too many times. They're so good. And, they also serve Donato's pizzas. I was reluctant to try a pizza in a burger place, but I tried one just to satisfy my curiosity. Wow! I got the one called Serious Meat, and it was stellar! I couldn't believe how good it was. It was LOADED with several types of meat and really tasty. They cut it into smaller squares so it's really easy to eat and share, if you're willing to part with any of it. One last thing.... the chocolate fudge cookies are the best I've ever seen. You get five cookies in an order and they're big cookies. They just melt in your mouth with fudge and cookie goodness. And, they freeze really well. They're always in our freezer and we heat them briefly in the microwave and they taste fresh and never fail to satisfy. Also, Red Robin has a bar, if you want to order any harder stuff than soft drinks. I could say more, but you get the idea. This is a great and fun place to eat with a great variety of food to please anyone's palate. So, get going!
Great location, wonderful staff and service BUT when I got my sausage hashbrown scramble their were some chicken pieces in it. As someone with celiac disease who enjoys the GF option I found the preparation to be pretty careless, disappointing
I don't usually care for beef burgers but these are genuinely good. Got it lettuce wrapped due to gluten and they actually wrapped it well! Half the time when a fast food place does the lettuce wrap, it falls apart when you pick it up. I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5 because they forgot the cheese on my burger, and made a little mistake on my friends order too. Prices are a little up there but not bad.
Also, the honey mustard is bomb.
We mostly order takeout but we love the salads, wings, and pizza (which they offer gluten free)!
Customer service is always pleasant and attentive. Huge parking lot. Some arcade games. Plenty of tvs.
We had a bit of a mix up with our order (our fault) Melissa was so kind in sorting it all out. Literally couldn’t do enough!! Such a credit to the place. Food was absolutely great as well, especially the gluten free pizza!!
Great food great vegan options so many!! love there drinks as well, recommend it if you are a vegan like me that is trying to find something to eat especially late at night when nothing else is open.. the owner previously owned vida vegan... Would love to see even more gluten free and soy free options as well here in the future
The pizza was good, they have gluten free options. The wings were spicy, glad I got the mild, not sure how hot the hot ones would be. The staff was great, very helpful and accommodating.
