Ate here because of the app! And it did not disappoint. We dined for breakfast (they serve breakfast until 11a.m daily and longer on the weekends) ~$30 dishes. The gluten free egg’s benny was delicious (fried chickpea base) they also have GF bread. My food was marked with an allergy tag and the server assured it would be prepared in a separate area. Make a resy but be prepared to wait a little bit if you want to sit outside (first come first serve) I did not have a reaction so 10/10 experience.
We had Jen as our server, and she was amazing! My boyfriend and I went there. We had the carbonara, the seafood pasta, shrimp cocktail, the LAVO-lini, and the Appley Named. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and showed me wbat I could have or not since I have celiac disease. She was very attentive and super friendly! The atmosphere there was beautiful! Our water was always filled and never had to ask for anything. They just came up and did it for us before we could ask! This is the perfect date night restaurant!
The first meal here started with Thomas, an awesome host. Welcoming smile, eager to help you, and funny sense of humor. Next we were greeted by our server Steven. He was also top notch. Paid attention to detail for my wife's severe gluten allergy. I got the seafood platter and my wife got the Au Poivre. We shared a massive portion of hash potatoes that will never be beat by anyone. Then we had dessert. OMG that took the "cake", even though it was three tasty pies. Wow everything were great! If I could give ten stars to this place I would, out of a 5 rating. Lastly our meal, no beverages, came to $150ish before tip. Well worth it. Great job all.
Surprisingly Great Gluten-Free Pasta, So-So Pizza
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We didn’t expect to find many gluten-free options in Vegas—especially at an Italian spot—but La Pizza & La Pasta at Eataly pleasantly surprised us. They offer gluten-free options for both pizza and pasta, which instantly won points.
The pasta? Excellent. Creamy, flavorful, and loaded with meat—it didn’t taste like a “compromise” dish at all. The texture held up, and the sauce had real depth.
The pizza, on the other hand, was just okay. The gluten-free crust was actually quite good (which is rare!), but the flavor overall felt a little flat. It was missing that pop—some salt, acidity, or seasoning to round it out. We found it tasted much better when dipped in olive oil, but on its own, it lacked a little punch.
Still, for anyone gluten-sensitive or just looking for solid Italian in Vegas, this place is a win—especially on the pasta front.
This is my favorite restaurant in Vegas so far. Though not labeled on the menu, if you ask the hostess they have a highlighted menu to show what is vegetarian/vegan/gluten free. I had the mushroom buns and mushroom ramen, which were vegan. The mushroom ramen was top 3 best ramen I've ever had. The service was great, The bartenders and the waiters are helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu.

Honestly I don’t understand the overall 4.2 stars. Trip advisor had probably the most honest reviews. I’m convinced these google reviews are fake lol. HOW can anyone like this place? In the 4 nights we were in Vegas we bought on 2 different nights. Both times the desserts were stale and dry. First night a chocolate chip cookie, the second the double chocolate and chocolate cake. Why did I go back after the first awful cookie? Because my friend said that the last time she had the cookies a few years ago they were great 🤨
The cookies were instantly in the garbage but by the time I got to the cake I was so disappointed I had to write a review that hopefully saves people money and time in the lineups.
The SLICE of cake was $18 USD…it was cold and absolutely awful. I was starting to wonder what all the hype was… maybe it was this gluten free uber healthy dessert store and I missed the point. NOPE.
While I am sure Milk Bar may have been good at one point. It is evident by the hundreds of pre packaged cookies on display that is no longer the case. This is mass produced garbage. If you think this is good quality and worth the price point then good for you. For me this was the worst food I ate in Vegas.
Oh just to be clear, I took two bites here and it just crumbled apart and YES it is THIS SMALL.
Gross.

Flavorful VEGAN Mexican! We got the Baja tacos, which were so delicious, and the tostada salad, with the jalapeño vinaigrette. It was a huge salad, and the spices were on point as well as not too much vegan cheese, which I don't like. It was protein packed, and you could choose a whole food protein like jack fruit for those who want gluten-free as well as soy free. I really appreciate this business making the effort to serve food for all! The service was attentive but not hovering, and the prices are fair for Vegas:) we also tried the chocolate cake.. it was good but could be improved, and it's the same cake as other vegan spots just garnished with different things.
The sushi was terrific!!! The restaurant was super clean and everyone who worked there was great. Our server, Jacob was amazing! Not only was he super friendly, he was extremely knowledgeable and helped our entire party of 7 choose the best options for each of us, even myself with a gluten allergy. He was on top of all aspects of our dinner and we never had to ask more than once for anything.
