They made a fresh waffle cone to ensure it was safe. All waffle cones are gluten free, it is the only thing on the waffle maker. They also clean scoop from a new ice cream to again ensure not cross contamination

This was one of the best meals I have ever eaten. Everything was marvelously flavorful, with just the right blend of spice. The papusas were piping hot and perfectly crispy. The chicken strips were almost too good to be true, it was hard to believe they were gluten free, but Denise reassured me that everything was gluten free :D If I could put more than five stars I would!
