Best steak sandwich I’ve ever had, hands down. Tender juicy steak so it doesn’t fall apart after the first bite!! Being a coeliac I was a bit limited as I couldn’t have anything that had been fried. However all the tacos were GF so I ordered them. They came stuffed to the max with super tasty fillings but they were difficult to eat, they weren’t soft enough to hold and wrap nor could I cut or break them as they had gone tough and soggy from the filling. It kinda spoilt the meal for me as I ended up eating the filling with a fork and not enjoying the taco. Can’t fault the service and atmosphere though

As someone with coeliac disease, dining out can be a challenge, but Ootong & Lincoln in South Fremantle turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The café has a warm, eclectic atmosphere with vintage décor and a welcoming vibe. The gluten-free options are clearly marked on the menu, and the staff were knowledgeable about cross-contamination risks. They reassured me that gluten-free meals were prepared separately, and they happily answered my questions. The serving was generous, and the fresh ingredients really stood out. Overall, Ootong & Lincoln is a great spot for a relaxed brunch, and I’d definitely return. Just be sure to check with the staff about food prep if you’re highly sensitive.

Went to this family owned fish and chip on weekend. Had the family pack. Fantastic value for $60. Friendly service clean shop value for money prices. Definitely be our regular now. And best thing was they offer gluten free options 10/10

Wow. Went here with a friend, it was one of the only places doing hot food and was actually suggested by a nearby restaurant. The burgers were fantastic - as were the onion rings we ordered along with them. The service was super quick and the staff friendly. One of us had a beef burger, and the other a chicken. Both were just great. Gluten free buns were one of the best I have tasted, could barely tell the difference. Absolutely will be stopping in again next time we are up that way.

Had my partners birthday celebration in a semi-private function space in the courtyard. The event coordinator Lily was so helpful with organising all elements of the function. The space has such a warm, spacious and inviting vibe, the staff were so helpful with the catering and bar tab, and everyone had such a great time. The food was great, especially the gluten free veegtarian pizza! Many guests hadn't been to SBH before and really enjoyed the venue. Really glad we had our celebration at SBH!

We went on a Saturday night and we just walked in and were lucky to come early and get a table. The food was the best we have had in years. They have a great selection for vegans and lots of gluten free options. We will definitely be back. We especially loved the beetroot carpaccio.
