Vi ordered the green burger with glutenfree bun and the green bowl. The bun was amazing and so was everything else. The only minus point was that the salad with the burger was already quite brown so probably 1 - 2 days old. However we still really enjoyed the meals. I ordered two of the vegan pizzas with the glutenfree option - I had high hopes since the dough is supposed to be freshly made with good ingredients and no additives from a Bakery, but it was prepared awful.
It was so thick and doughy and maybe not even fully done and there was so little topping. Like less than a Palm full, so felt like I was eating dough.
It was take away and didnt see it before coming home a drive away.
I might give another chance in another location, but here it wasnt good at all.

Café Faust has my highest recommendation! The staff were all really nice and helpful! We both had their favorite brunch - mine, however, gluten-free. They all had a handle on what contained gluten in their brunch. I was offered to replace the few foods that contained gluten with gluten-free foods. The gluten-free bread came on its own plate, and I could just say if I wanted more. It wasn't dry at all, as gluten-free bread can often be. It was really good bread. The brunch was delicious, fresh and really tasty. It is certainly not the last time we visit Café Faust when we go to Aarhus. Huge recommendation from here!

We love this place. Today we had Easter brunch and 2 in our party require gluten free food. They were beyond accommodating even going so far as to deliver special made pancakes and meatballs as well as bread so we could eat nearly everything in the buffet just as the others. A little piece of Italy in the middle of Billund
Bellini Café Ristorante is undoubtedly Billund's absolute gem when it comes to dining experiences. I had the pleasure of visiting the place and it was an experience that deserves praise all round.
As soon as you arrive, you are greeted by a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a staff that makes you feel like a dear guest – not just another customer. The decor is modern with cozy Italian details that create an authentic and relaxed atmosphere.
But of course it's the food that steals the show. Their pizzas are heavenly – crispy, perfectly baked and with ingredients of the highest quality. I also tried their pasta and it tasted like it was made by an Italian nonna in a kitchen in Tuscany. The flavors are balanced and genuine – exactly as they should be.
A big plus is that they also offer gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan dishes without compromising on taste or quality. There is something for everyone, and it's all served with a smile.
Bellini is more than just a restaurant – it's an experience. Regardless of whether you are in Billund as a tourist or a local, you should treat yourself to a visit. It's a small trip to Italy without you having to leave Denmark.
