How can I express all the love I have for this brand? Not only are their recipes delicious, the menu changes with the seasons, their atypical setting is very refreshing and the welcome is always warm. But as if that were not enough, they clearly present vegetarian products on their menu, but also (which is rarer and extremely valuable for the health of some) gluten-free dishes! We were there for dinner with four people and had reserved a table early that same day. We arrived at 7pm and got a table on the terrace. The restaurant is located on a square next to a small park. The lady from the service was very friendly and always tried hard. This makes you feel comfortable as a guest. Two of us have to eat a gluten-free diet due to celiac disease. We ordered the evening menu for 48 euros. The kitchen specifically asked which dishes on the menu were gluten-free. So all four were able to enjoy the menu. We were even served gluten-free bread. The wine list is excellent, with something in all price ranges and from all regions of France. The sommelier gave us very good advice. It was a great evening, we will definitely come back when we are in town again.

A great discovery in Besançon! The interior of the restaurant is very beautiful and neat, the welcome is top notch and the dishes too! Vegan/gluten-free options, and it doesn’t feel like it for those who aren’t fans of these diets 😉 I recommend!
