I would like to thank Angélique who took the time to check that there was no risk with regard to my intolerances and who was very attentive despite the number of people there. I therefore recommend it to those who do not eat gluten or milk! Very nice and good!
Galettes were great especially since they were gluten free; however, the house wine, rose, was sour, and we couldn't drink it. When we complained about the wine, the server claimed there was nothing wrong with it. I know enough about wine to know that this wine was undrinkable! Go there if you need a gluten free meal, but avoid the alcohol!
Very good restaurant. Everything is homemade. They put local producers to work. Good products, regional and/or organic and not more expensive than in other restaurants. We were able to have a gluten-free version of the burger for our celiac son. Very serious people, having asked us to come at the start of the service to ensure "zero cross contamination". I highly recommend! But you have to book 😉
I have to eat gluten free which limits my options. The staff here were great this evening and fully understood the options and were eager to adapt.
Our gallettes were superb, mine included smoked salmon, goat cheese & creme fraiche and was a great meal in itself. My wife's was also good loaded with ham, pesto, tomatoes & mozzarella.
For dessert, they adapted a sweet crepe option for me with a galette.
Gallettes all made with Black wheat, Ble Noir, Sarrosin which are all Buckwheat and gluten free.
No English menu but staff eager to help. #glutenfree
Excellent restaurant, the choice of being able to choose any gluten-free burger, this delights celiac people because the gluten-free bread is also very good. A top and very pleasant team, I highly recommend this restaurant, no one will be disappointed, the boss ensures that customers feel good and lack nothing. My daughter feels really comfortable to accompany us without having to take time off because of celiac disease.
Take advantage of this one, it's at 2 place de la changer in Orléans. I guarantee it.
Thank you, see you soon.
It’s always a struggle to find gluten free food whilst travelling, so I was delighted to find this restaurant and I’m so glad I did. Very lovely service and the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. They were very willing to alter orders for different allergies also, through removal of mozzarella. We were recommended in future to call ahead if needing gluten free so keep that in mind if you are planning to attend.
Very good food, surprising taste discoveries!
But hygiene, very poor! Yorkshire type dogs are allowed in the establishment and even climb on the counter!!! I couldn't believe it...
In the toilets, there is nothing to wipe your hands! except toilet paper for the WC…
And last downside, on the menu it is noted "gluten-free", already they do not offer gluten-free bread, and in the list of the menu we can only find 1 dish which does not contain it, so be it !!!
Splendid setting. A quality meal and attentive and responsive staff. The food was excellent. A little extra for celiac patients who can eat a gluten-free and risk-free dish and dessert (with warm bread).
Very nice waitresses, and very, very good food! The pancakes are delicious, just as much as the pancakes! The proposals are very varied, there is something for everyone! Being on a gluten-free and lactose-free diet, they adapt everything so that we can eat!
I also recommend the Quebec galette with goat cheese, bacon and maple syrup!
Just a stone's throw from the cathedral, go through a small door and sit down in the dining room or on the terrace, to enjoy a buckwheat pancake ground on site (gluten-free) and a wheat crepe, well-filled with fresh produce, with very friendly service, a chef with wit and humor, for a reasonable price. In short, authenticity that you won't find elsewhere.
Nice tea room well located near the castle. Very good pastries, some being adapted to food intolerances (in my case gluten and dairy free). Good ice cream too 🙂
A real find a few steps from the cathedral. We had vegan and gluten free coffee and cakes – very reasonably priced. Super cute staff - 100% recommendation.
Great ! I highly recommend
We had a great time, great value for money. There are options for vegetarians and those with gluten intolerance!
The service was fast and very friendly.
And all with a great view of the cathedral
The buckwheat pancakes are listed as gluten-free on the menu, and this is confirmed by the staff!
I have celiac disease, and I was very ill four hours after ingesting gluten, and I still am this morning.
I find it unfortunate that despite my questions about the products, the staff at this restaurant don't take food allergies seriously and at their true severity.
It is now clear that a crêperie that isn't entirely gluten-free doesn't have to note this on its menu; it's unacceptable and puts customers' health at risk.
Fantastic dining experience! I was so happy to go somewhere where they not only were able to cater for me, but also made me feel like requesting gluten free wasn't an issue at all. Thank you!
Very welcoming, there is something for everyone (veggie and gluten-free for those who wish) the cuisine is homemade and it shows. The service is fast, you can take away... It’s a great discovery!
We ate for 4 people, the dishes are suitable for vegan and gluten-free which is great, the restaurant is very beautiful. Everything is very good, the only downside is the prices which we found quite excessive especially for the salads and rice pasta....
The absolute worst. My wife isn't allowed to eat gluten. The salad came with croutons. After a complaint, the salad was returned, but unfortunately, they only removed the croutons. The Cordon Bleu was made of concrete, impossible to eat. It was just breaded, but it was rock hard. Never again!
Very good restaurant with a very friendly welcome, the setting is quite pretty and warm. A space well designed so as not to be too close to each other, which respects everyone's privacy. Yasmine served us very pleasantly, and takes great care of her customers, a big thank you to her for listening. The dishes are excellent (truffle and porcini mushroom ravioli and honey goat's cheese risotto), with sufficient choices and offerings for all budgets. We recommend this restaurant with a big yes. There is even a large selection of gluten-free products, which is practical for our daughter.
Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Staff were kind, attentif and helpful. There was a “stagiaire” who looked after us tonight, and he was wonderful. If you read my review - thank you!
The menu was incredible, and I wish I could have ordered everything. While they do not offer a menu deal, the food is very good value for price and fair for the quality. I would come back here again and again, and recommend it highly to any curious foodies in the region. They were also very accommodating to a gluten allergy.
Food was amazing , they have Gluten free pasta and pizza , I really appreciate it . The 5 stars though its for the service , everyone wanted to help with a smile , specially the woman in charge. She spoke English and Spanish and was super helpful. Thanks !
All gallettes are gluten free, which I really appreciated. I must admit I didn't love mine but that was my mistake, as I ordered the 4 cheeses one and I felt as though it was too much. Staff were nice and attentive.
We still love it.
Seasonal, high-quality produce 🥗, enough to satisfy special diets (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.), and desserts that are always delicious 🤩. In short, our favorite cafeteria, which we always return to with the same pleasure!
Staff stated they only had one gluten free dish, which is a bit limited, but I appreciated their confidence in it, and I'm always up for a risotto anyway. When they brought out the plate, I thankfully didn't dig in straight away because within a few minutes they came back apologising, as they added something for decorative purposes that had gluten 😅 (the black thing in the photo). Anyway, they substituted it with a completely new risotto, which I appreciated, and the risotto was actually really lovely!
Restaurant located next to the Chambord castle. Very good dishes! I had a duck parmentier (gluten-free) that was delicious! Very friendly and helpful staff. We went on Easter Sunday without a reservation, we only waited half an hour and they seated us. Medium-high prices (plat + gate between €23 and €25).
We first feast with the eyes and then it’s the turn of the taste buds!!! A very good time spent in this place. The service is great!
I recommend this address!!
What is also very appreciable is that my lactose and gluten intolerant daughter was able to have dinner and enjoy herself! Allergen map provided. Well done !
I'm celiac and happy to have been able to eat a Breton crepe. I didn't get sick. It's nice to have a server who understands. However, it's not the smile that makes his cheeks ache. We had booked without asking, and they seated us outside. So that evening, we were treated to a festival of alcoholics and homeless people, with the added bonus of bad smells. I thought I was going to throw up.
Especially since if they had asked me, I would have eaten inside where it was warm.
Unreliable - Travelled 30km to visit this restaurant for lunch on Friday 30 June as my wife is Gluten Free and the menu for her looked great. Really annoyed to find at 13.00 the Restaurant was closed and didn't look as though it had been open for sometime. Website was still showing open - what's going on - are you Open or Closed. Sort it out!!!
We had dinner here and served it in advance because our daughter is lactose and gluten intolerant. Moreover, she hardly eats meat or fish. Then it is useful to inquire in advance. And that has been neatly fulfilled by this restaurant. I had the tuna Tataki and I can recommend it to everyone. Well prepared and presented with delicious additions. Super tasty. They made a vegetable dish for my daughter.
The restaurant is popular, so making a reservation is not an unnecessary luxury. It is located right next to the cathedral in a beautiful spot
Authentic place, decoration in the image of the owners!
Gluten-free beers and tapas! 😁
I recommend this warm place which makes you want to stay there for hours!
Exceptional!!!
Everything is perfect in this establishment, the cuisine of course, but also the location near the Loire castles, the superb contemporary decoration, the friendliness of all the staff, the comfort of the rooms.
In addition, the chef kindly agreed to adapt the entire 7-course menu into a “gluten- and lactose-free” version, as well as the breakfast.
A well-deserved star and excellent value for money.
All parfait!! Sans gluten et sans lait de vache pour moi!! What a problem!! :-)
I found this place through Google maps looking for gluten-free options to eat in Tours. The galettes are gluten-free buckwheat, and also have options without cow's dairy, which is also my problem and in France it is not easy... Everything tasted great to me and I didn't have any problems. Plus, they were very delicious!!
Fantastic! Food and service were wonderful. The salmon and fried potato appetizer was amazing! We showed up for dinner right when they opened and had no problems without a reservation. They were knowledgeable about gluten-free options.
A special little restaurant that completely met our expectations and had very friendly service from the waiters
Particular attention has been paid to gluten intolerance.
Unexpected and utterly fabulous authentic Indian food. The charming proprietor Naveen accommodated all our dietary requirements, serving delicious spicy dishes that were gluten free and lactose free. I would go back to Bourges just to eat there.
Excellent welcome. The fouées and their accompaniments are very good.
One of the guests had a gluten intolerance and was offered gluten-free bread cooked in the fouées' wood-fired oven to replace the fouées.
An interesting plant-based and gluten-free offering. The produce is good and local, but could be a little more refined. A friendly kitchen with a truly cool concept.
At 6 on a Saturday evening, it's not easy to find a table at the last minute, and we were lucky to find it here.
We received a very warm welcome, the dishes are fresh, with great taste, balanced and the service is fast, efficient and smiling.
The value for money is really good, the menu satisfies all diets (vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free).
In short, go there with your eyes closed (although still enjoy the pretty plates 😉).
Great find on last night of our holiday. One of our party is coeliac so eating out in France can be tricky but not here! The most delicious gf meal. Duck risotto, burrata salad, charcuterie and truffle pasta were dishes to die for. Worth the trip.
Very good restaurant, warm welcome and very pleasant waitress (Jeanne I think).
I ordered a duck parmentier without mentioning that I was gluten intolerant and it arrived with breadcrumbs...
Very good reaction from the staff who brought me another one.
We ate very well and had a very good evening.
Well done to the whole team and good luck to you.
