If you have celiac or want to order gluten free, apparently you have to inform them 24 hours in advance (I've never heard of this practice before). Also, there are no dairy free options except removing cheese altogether. We traveled from the other side of town in an uber excited to eat here, only to be told the above, even though other people's reviews were saying gluten free and vegan options were available. Extremely disappointing.

Good food with gluten-free options. I am celiac and I was able to eat without problems even with gluten-free bread 🙌🏻 Also, a good detail is that they will not charge for gluten-free bread, just like for bread with gluten. Perhaps I would ask them to review the translations they have in the letter in Spanish. In most of them, either the type of meat is not correct or it is not the piece they indicate. Still everything very rich 😋

I work in a workshop not far away and it's nice to stop there and be able to taste things where there is attention to allergens! 👍🏼 Avocado toasts and others can be served gluten-free, without the Hollandaise sauce which contains cream. It is valuable that in the kitchen, the person knows these issues of allergies and intolerances well. It's plentiful, and it's good. I also like to order matcha lattes with almond milk. The place is nice, with a small terrace too if the weather is nice. Why I don't give 5 stars: -It's not open in the evening. -And it's quite expensive. Thank you 🙂

A great place to stay, located on the central square, in the shade of a century-old plane tree and by the fountain. It's charming. A very good buckwheat pancake (gluten-free), crispy and well-balanced, and very good ice cream/crepes/waffles at very reasonable prices. Great welcome (phone and on-site!), attentive and fast service. We'll be back!

What a great experience passing through Foix and no restaurant open on Sunday evening apart from pizzeria or kebab shop, this is the 3rd time we have used the services of Et Quelle Pas! Takeaway sales during the day but also in the evening a refrigerated vending machine offers varied and original salads, delicious cooked dishes and exquisite desserts. I am so happy to describe this place to you that I had the pleasure of tasting lentil sausage and my wife a salmon fillet with rice and a gluten-free almond cake. I highly recommend!!

The best vegetarian restaurant in Albi! I eat there every weekend and it’s a real pleasure every time. The setting is warm, the team is adorable, and the food is delicious with excellent value for money. It is also the only address in town for vegetarians, vegans, and gluten-free people. Right in the center, a stone's throw from Place du Vigan, it's a gem not to be missed!

We had a great time at Maison Conti. The welcome was warm, and the waitress was particularly attentive. Needing a gluten-free and anti-inflammatory diet, she did everything to adapt my meal, which was very appreciated. I enjoyed a carefully prepared dish, and it was a real treat. My companion also really enjoyed his dish, which was tasty and perfectly executed. The entire meal was healthy, balanced and well seasoned. The highlight of this experience was undoubtedly the dessert: a vegetable chocolate mousse, light and delicately sweet. A real revelation, both delicious and airy. We were won over by this address and will come back without hesitation. A great discovery that I highly recommend!

Great for gluten free, overall the food was stellar, but I did have to take lactaid since most of the hummus has dairy in it. The falafel and eggplant were some of the best I've had. We also got the sweet potato fries which were excellent. Also so many NA drinks, I was a little overwhelmed with the options and just got sparkling water but they had a ton of juices, teas, and sparkling options without alcohol..love to see it.

The place is nice, but the food isn't that great at all. We ordered two burgers with potatoes. The burger wasn't good: an overcooked and flavorless veggie patty, two very thin slices of tomato, and a thumb-sized slice of halloumi. The portions were clearly very meager, even for €15. The drinks are clearly overpriced for what's on offer. I really feel like the prices are justified by the veggie and gluten-free labels, to attract people. The other dishes may be better, but when I saw the plates next to them, it didn't seem so. Considering that the brunch menu is almost €30, for what's on offer, it's a long way off.

The pastry is very delicious and they have gluten-free and vegan options, the food needs a little more effort. My salad had a LOT of lettuce and then rice and sweet potato, the hummus I almost didn't feel. Perhaps a little more vegetables or tofu would have been better to make it more nutritionally complete.

A magical place in this timeless place!! The dishes are as tasty as they are colorful, the grills are excellent and I'm not talking about the desserts, killer!!!! There is something for everyone since vegetarian and gluten-free dishes are offered on the menu...a super friendly team, like the smiling and warm owner. The icing on the cake is that the prices are very reasonable considering the quality and service.

Delicious gluten-free crepes made with buckwheat flour (sarraceno). The vegetarian crepes are spectacular and the homemade chocolate crepe with very good pistachio ice cream. Very cute place in the middle of town. The girl who served us was super friendly and nice. Highly recommended, we will repeat!
