I traveled from Spain to Brighton and Hove and was looking for a gluten free local pub and restaurant. I can now confirm popping in Earth and Stars was a great decision. Every single of its homemade dishes was delicious: not only its savoury fish and chips but also its tasty chicken or beef burgers including its creamy ham and cheese croquettes. Specially recommended for families, youth and coeliac people, for sure!

I worry about where to eat as a coeliac but these guys clearly label gluten free and even put in a little gf pre wrapped cake with my order 🥹 thanks so much!!!! Beautiful food would recommend

Oh my god! Best pancakes I've ever had out-hands down. Service was super friendly and welcoming. The inside seating is so cute and they have outside benches that allow for smoking and is under cover. Vegan and VG options as well as gluten free! They are also dog friendly. Highly recommend.

Super cute food and great menu options!!! Lots of vegan and gluten free options which is wonderful. A few items were a bit pricey for what they are. Portions are bigger than they seem in the menu pictures! Delicious.

Had breakfast here for the first time today and it was excellent, as a coeliac it’s not always easy to find places that cater well to dietary requirements but almost everything could be made gluten free! It’s also a peanut free zone, so safe for those with peanut allergies! I had the eggs royale with hash browns on the side. Portion size was perfect and the gluten free sourdough toast was delicious. Will definitely be back on our next trip to Brighton!

Cute cafe for a little brekky. Able to help for gluten free (intolerance). The staff was so friendly & lovely. Delish coffee & matcha lattes. I enjoyed a gluten free flapjack and a huge fruit platter they put together for me!

Where to start?! The welcome was lovely, Maisie (such a great person to have front of house) and Theo (welcoming and approachable) showed me to a table, asked if I had allergies... I'm coeliac, and after I was made aware of risk of cross contamination (as restaurants do) I settled on the smokey aubergine pizza, a recommendation from Theo. The base is the best I've had at any pizza restaurant. The sauce was delicious and the cheese and aubergine beautifully presented. The checking in was just right, the smiles and the overall sense of staff contentment and good team work was obvious. A lovely oasis in the centre of town. Music was great, decor nicely judged. I'll be back tomorrow!!! Can't believe I've not been here before.
