We had a great evening, we were dining for the final meal with family from Germany and I must say, staff made the evening a great one. Everyone wanted fish & chips (it's not a thing they usually get to try) and even I could have fish & chips with them because the chef did the fish without batter for me (I am gluten intolerant) so I didn't have to miss out, I was really grateful. Everything was delicious. George, Belinda and the chef were brilliant, so helpful throughout the evening. Thank you all for making our special time a perfect one.
Had food here as part of our spa day and was delicious. I'm gluten free and they adapted the meals I had chosen to suit my dietary needs. Really tasty food and great service
Popped in for a lunch time meal & was pleasantly suprised at the quality of the food. Staff were very pleasant & had good knowledge of what was gluten free. Really enjoyed & will definitely call again. I would highly recommend you give it a go if you like proper food that has been cooked from scratch.
This would have been a 5 star review , however, the manager on duty Justine was rude ,unprofessional and obnoxious. The girl taking my food order Christina was amazing, she took the time to go through the menu as I have coeliac disease. During this the manager interrupted several times and totally ignored the fact that as a paying Customer she should have had the courtesy to address me as she so rudely interrupted! Later she addressed our party and asked how long we were going to be and could we leave or go to the bar area, however, there wasn't room for us all so some would have to leave! Not what you want to hear when celebrating! We all left by 9 so you lost a lot of money from bar sales! I would suggest that this manager is retrained in social etiquette, staff managment and customer service! I would expect a reply from this review.
31st December 2023 Steve and his team did us proud with a delicious lunchtime buffet and an evening of music, food and a cocktail to toast the New Year! My gluten-free friend loved her plates of food. Thank you!!!
