I have Celiac. They're great about making food tray is actually gluten free and delicious. Service always friendly and cheerful. Love all the windows in seating area. And takes far enough apart that conversations are private.

First off over month ago I complained about Vacaville and there and here have both told me sorry but just happened again! And keep happening, I orderer gluten free and on even the receipt, meaning everyone can so see and it ask me twice every time NO bun and says large on receipt but still handed a box with a gluten bun. It’s not like some diet thing for me and thought in the past wow cool I can eat here but times have changed and I decided to post online about this and MANY people have had the same empty apology and it happen again. But many check what is going on, why does NO mean yes to your workers?

The place was clean and not too busy when we were there. I asked if the person preparing my food would change their gloves because I had a gluten allergy, and she was super sweet about it and prepared my food down the line after changing her gloves. I always appreciate when an eating establishment is willing to help me out, especially without making me feel bad about it. Also, the food was delicious :) Great food and great staff at this location.

Most of the staff were friendly, maybe one person was just having a bad day. Those salads, though, woof. The sirloin salad legitimately had a good piece of meat on it, but the raw broccoli? And lay off the beets. This salad was also dry, even after twice the dressing. Cut this stuff up smaller, too. I had to use my steak knife on the lettuce and not the steak and I still felt like a ruminant animal chewing it. I can't remember what my coworker ordered, but she said her item was pretty subpar, too. To be fair, she's gluten-free or vegan or something-intolerant so it probably would have sucked anyway. The beer I ordered on draft was out. I think this place would be cooler if it were later in the evening and you were drinking a bottle or can of beer anyway.

We went there with 16 other people and we only gave them an hours notice. The food was amazing. The atmosphere was perfect for our large group. We had our own private area. The service was above and beyond. I have celiacs and a dairy allergy. The chef made something special just for me. He makes all his sauces. Not only was it delicious, he was able to accommodate all my allergies. We will definitely eat there again. Great job Three Italian Restaurant!!
