I always try and remember HUGOS is ONLY good for the Churros.
Yes you can get vegan, vegetarian and gluten free there but after today I really don't think it's worth it. Service isn't great and food is bland, no flavor, lack of salsa and when I asked for salsa for 3 tiny burritos with very little meat, I get 1 small half full tiny cup. After tip , i spent $84 on 3 burritos, 2 drinks and 3 churros. Seems pretty steep for bland food and half way decent service. From now on the amazing GF Churros will be our only purchase
Gluten-free pastries! The chocolate bandana bread is GF magic. Dark chocolate, most, rich, not too sweet, with chewy edges. Yum.
The GF berry muffin is good too. I wish it had a bit more bake time, the top would be great with a touch of broiling. The matcha lavender latte was great too. Not too sweet.
Seriously delicious and reasonably priced spot in Atwater with a window and outdoor seating only. The quality and quantity of food was excellent for the price. It’s hard to actually feel full with healthy food that’s actually delicious for under $20 these days. I subbed cucumber for pita bread for a gluten free option with the hummus and it was surprisingly filling. Highly recommend.
If you love a local cafe that makes everything from scratch and offers meat, fish, gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options, this is a great spot. I just stumbled upon it and had the 1/2 soup 1/2 salad combo, and it was excellent! Kabocha squash bisque and warm fall salad were both excellent, satifying, and each had a lot of thought and effort put into them, which I appreciate. They really hit the spot. I'll be back as I'm a big fan of this type of establishment: Casual, yet serious about what they do. Warm atmosphere with cool art and music, and the food was ready really quickly. I'm excited to try the rest of the menu.
Pretty great lo-if cafe with good food. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free options amongst “regular” breakfast and lunch fare. Great place to meet and eat with friends!
I am never disappointed with the service, atmosphere, and most importantly, the pizza! Hail Mary's has an amazing and diverse menu with options for literally anyone (vegan, gluten free, vegetarian! Meat lovers, haha). I am vegetarian and love the options. You also can't beat the price for such high quality food and fun place to meet up with friends. Heck, or have an entire pizza to yourself! It's that good!
Beautiful restaurant! Every aspect of it is picture perfect. Ordered the vegetable tajine with jeweled rice to meet my gluten-free diet and saitate my savory vegetable palette. Wonderful date night, celebratory, or to simply try a new restaurant.
Delicious gluten free eggplant parmesan. Perfect espresso martini. Skip the stuffed mushrooms and cheese sticks tho. Tiny space, super packed all the time. Our bartender was not super friendly but everyone else was.
Love their gluten free bagels (plain, everything, sesame) and they’re always attentive and helpful when I tell them I have an allergy.
Come here once a week and I’m a big fan
Enjoyed our meal. My husband wasn't a fan of the yogurt marinade for the chicken kebab but loved everything else. I personally enjoyed the chicken, very turkish. They had the most delicious cucumbers for the hummus. They knew what was gluten free and helped me order. Salad was good, rice good. Wish we weren't just in town for 1 night and could eat here again. My husband would try the other dishes out he said.
Legit my favorite place to eat at! I have a Gluten allergy and the staff ALWAYS let me know what is GF and what isn’t. Duck tacos are AMAZING and the margarita flight is a MUST when I go. I always recommend CaCao to everyone.
