⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Stars My family and I recently visited Blazes Burgers in Portland, Maine, and had a fantastic experience! Being a gluten-free family, finding a spot with delicious options can be a challenge, but Blazes truly delivered. The burgers and fries were excellent, but what really stood out were the gluten-free buns—they were far from your typical dry, crumbly alternatives. These buns were soft, flavorful, and elevated the whole meal. The owner was incredibly courteous, polite, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. As a bonus, the restaurant is filled with sports memorabilia and photos, which sports enthusiasts will definitely appreciate. All in all, we had a wonderful time with great food, warm hospitality, and a fun atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I've been there several times for business dinners and also meals with friends. Have had excellent meals. I'm now eating gluten free and they have one of the best GF beers (Omission) and because they cook to order, can make most things gluten free. One of my favorite restaurants in the greater Portland area.

Truth be told, I sell my gluten free products at Corsettis. It's been a terrific experience for a small company like mine. Everyone is kind and supportive. AND for folks that can eat wheat.
