Waitress was knowledgeable, explained anything on the menu could be made gluten friendly anything fried is done separately for safety. Anything on menu can be prepared GF.
Amazing food especially if you have a gluten allergy. Isaiah was our server and he was so great. Attentive and friendly! Love our experience every time we come!
Will start by saying my experience is with ordering online and take-out. Ordering was quick and easy. I ordered a gluten free pizza (as a celiac) and can say this was one tasty gluten free pizza. I also did not get any reaction which is the cherry on top. The price was fine for me it was about 18 bucks (charge of $4 to sub the dough) but that’s the gluten free life. Would order again and again. For reference I got the not just a roni pizza. The staff was also very nice.
Tough day in the kitchen today. Ordered nachos and a gluten free piggy back burger. Nachos came out cold complete with cold queso dumped over them. Waited 20+ minutes for the burger to have it come out not on a gluten free. When sent both items back bar manager seemed inconsiderate to the situation. Will try again in the future hopefully they are having a better day.
I have Celiac disease and Amanda (at the Plymouth MA) knew about gluten and that they have a separate fryer for French fries!
She understood I have other food allergies too and they could accommodate that too. Best vegan burger and fries 🍟 in a lettuce wrap ever!!! Will definitely be going back soon. 🥰
We were seated at 6:30. Didn’t have drinks until 7:15 and dinner arrived at 7:45. They also served our severely gluten sensitive friend a regular sandwich bun. A replacement for her meal arrived 25 min later. I wouldn’t suggest this place for anything more than a quick drink
Good service. Good size and price for drinks
Very reasonable prices. Diverse menu from tacos to steak tips to chicken sandwiches to hamburgers and pizza. Plenty of gluten-free options.
Great food, lots of creative cocktails, nice gluten-free menu for my friend. The fries and clam chowder are delicious. It's hard to have a conversation due to all the noise (acoustics issues). Highly recommend.
I had a wonderful breakfast at The Blueberry Muffin in Plymouth. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, ideal for a morning meal. The menu featured an impressive array of breakfast options, with the blueberry pancakes (also can get them Gluten Free!) being a standout—fluffy and full of fresh blueberries. The service was quick and friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience. It's a great spot to start your day, and I highly recommend it for a delicious breakfast in Plymouth.
We often meet friends here as its a good half way point. Service is always good. Food is mixed bag; clam chowder & stuffed sole meal were great, my cousin ate everything but the turkey on the turkey meal saying it didn’t taste right.….as a Gluten Free diner there are very few options other than salads. I ended up with a bacon wrapped scallops appetizer @ $22 for 5, & had to pay $$ for sides of asparagus & potatoes.
The raw oysters were fresh, but were served with sauces in PLASTIC CONTAINERS. Head scratcher when one looks at the environmental waste & impact on ocean life, especially for a seafood restaurant

Delicious!! I am gluten free, and I was able to have an amazing dinner roll to start, as my husband thoroughly enjoyed the fresh baked focaccia bread and seasoned dipping olive oil… for main course my husband had the blackened chicken pasta, he said it was 4 out of five… I had the seared scallops with lobster and grilled corn risotto… I give it a 20 out of five… absolutely delicious!! Both portions were double what we could eat so we get leftovers!
Update… I forgot to mention the excellent service!! Thank u Shannon!
Perfect place for a day out in Plymouth. Classic OG pub atmosphere with many amazing gluten free options on the menu. I had the little neck clams and a classic wedge salad, and they were both fresh, well prepared, and oh so tasty! Everyone in our party loved their food!

I can’t thank the staff enough!! My wife had just delivered our first child and asked me if I could please go get her a sandwich the next morning. As she has a gluten allergy there aren’t a lot of options for us. And with her body in recovery getting cross contamination would have caused her so much more pain. When I requested the gluten free sub the folks behind the counter were really great. They wiped down the whole counter, used a separate knife to cut the bread and made her sandwich with incredible care. It means so much to me that the staff was willing to go the extra mile to ensure my wife could catch a moment of relief with a good meal and not have to worry. Our most sincere thanks.
I came in here with 6 14-year-old girls; many places would have stuck us in a back corner, but not Waterfront Bar and Grill. The host immediately asked us if we would like to sit upstairs and he put us next to the window! Our waitress tended to our every need and desire and treated us exactly the way she would treat any other customers. I have a gluten allergy and she let me know that the fries are cooked in the same oil as everything else so I made sure to not get that as my side dish. The gluten-free roll was delicious! I highly recommend this place!
Waterfront Dining Experience ~
Plymouth has long been home to local businesses and La baia is a shining example of what happens when dedicated, longtime business owners brings a fresh vision to the waterfront. From the moment you arrive, you're met with an outstanding view, whether you choose to dine outdoors on a beautiful day or step inside to a warm and welcoming ambiance.
The atmosphere is truly inviting, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. La baia isn't just a restaurant ~it's an experience. The menu is exceptional, with a perfect balance of creative cuisine and classic favorites. The daily specials always impress, offering something new and exciting to try each visit. And for pizza lovers, I can't say enough about their cauliflower crust - one of the best gluten free options in town!
Wether you're a local of just visiting historic Plymouth, La baia is a must visit destination. It's more than an meal; it's a place where great food, a breathtaking setting, and a top-tier hospitality come together seamlessly. Highly recommend!
Rose & Vicki's in North Plymouth is a great pizza shop. The cheese pizza is quite good! I grew up with the R & V in Marion, MA and the North Plymouth shop has the same quality and consistency as that one. They are reliably ready with slices of cheese and pepperoni, if you only want a slice. The subs here are also decent; order from the website for these so you can add whatever toppings, cheese or etc. you would like from there options. The staff are very nice as well. R & V also has gluten-free dough, and makes excellent gluten-free pizzas!
Great place! Went for a graduation celebration dinner. Had a nice time on the breezey back patio. This place has nautical vibes like many of the places in this neighborhood, but make it fancy. (Chic!) High quality ingredients. The ramen was very good. Worth going back for, especially if you're gluten free because gluten free Ramen is a bit of a rarity.
Unfortunately, they were out of sushi that night. We had a late reservation, so go early in the evening if you want to do their weekly sushi night.
Some really excellent cocktails and a good amount of gluten free options. And our server (Nicole, I think) was very helpful and made our dining experience better.
Pretty good GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS never had an issue. Drinks are hit or miss, more so the miss lately and long waits for food and drinks. But I do really enjoy the lettuce wraps. Worth going just for that when it's slow there
We went to 71 West for dinner and had a great time. The server was attentive and frequently checked on us. My boyfriend has a gluten allergy so we were offered gluten free bread to start. The bread was fine, my bf liked it which is what mattered. We started with truffle fries which were INCREDIBLE, absolutely a must try. We both got their tomahawk steak and it was cooked perfect and delicious. The fingerling potatoes it came with were a little overdone but was fine, the greenbeans still had a nice snap to them. We've only been in the winter, but the inside atmosphere is really nice and you can see out into the harbor. We will definitely go back (especially for the truffle fries) and look forward to it!
The ice cream is by Richardson's Farm and it's delicious. The staff is very friendly. And they have a detailed list of gluten-free ice creams available. Very generous servings. Highly recommend them.
A little pricey, especially adult beverage wise. However, this has been the "spot" my sister and I will choose to go to. Unfortunately not super allergy friendly. There is gluten free crust available for pizza, which was delicious.
The restaurant is so bright and cozy. They make their own bread, and even have a gluten-free option. The food is uncomplicated, fresh and delicious. I love the spiral stairs leading to the shop carrying natural and handmade goods. This will be a new spot to visit every time I go to Plymouth.
We just finished an EXCELLENT lunch at The Crab. The cauliflower pizza for our gluten intolerant grandson was a huge hit. We all tasted tested it. Yummy. All of our meals were huge, perfect temperature and very tasty and fresh. We highly recommend The Blue Eyed Crab.
