Meet a friend for lunch, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I got in side and it was busy, I looked around and saw this wonderful display case of delectable deserts, of which I find out is hand made in the restaurant, cakes that made me want to have a piece of all displayed. I got angel hair pasta and meatballs which was fabulous, the best red sauce I have ever had. The service was spot on. If you like Italian food please try this place. For desert I got the gluten free macaroon and peanut butter cookies and they were fantastic.

A Little Rowdy, Tasty Burgers, Slightly Unattentive Service I've visited Thirsty Moose (Dover) a few times each year I've worked in town, and they're at least consistent in their okay-ness. There are Gluten-free hamburger buns, which is great, though :) And always go with the Sweet Potato Fries.

Best Meal I've had in New Hampshire! The Salmon and Risotto was flavorful and cooked to perfection (the salmon even had the crispy skin!) I came for an early dinner with a coworker; and we were both incredibly satisfied with our meals and service. The teal walls are inviting; and the vines draping over the windows add so much charm. The playlist is cheerful and upbeat; and the paintings of water throughout are beautiful. Absolutely stop by Diverge. This was wonderful AND they accomodate gluten-free.

(Note: I write these reviews in part for my own nationwide business clients, for travel inspiration! I’m a financial planner - CFP®️practitioner - with a focus on retirement wealth strategies, primarily serving business women and LGBTQ individuals. #VirtualPlanningCraftedWithCare) I had high hopes for this place because of great reviews, but for me it was only OK. I’ll start by saying the the staff was great. We got seated promptly and our server was attentive and friendly. (Robin). There was also plenty of parking and the whole place is pretty accessible for anyone with extra mobility needs. The ambiance was why I give this place a 4 vs a 3. The decor and artwork is interesting and lots of it looks authentic in the sense that it’s handmade. The place is colorful and enjoyable. (And clean! Which is big for me.) The food is what I found disappointing and makes this not a choice for me in the future. I’ll admit it could be because my family has specific dietary needs. One of us has a gluten allergy and the menu isn’t marked. This is hard with Mexican because lots of things are tossed in flour or have contaminated spices. But I’m grateful that our server marked the meal with an allergy and I saw it on my recipe, so that’s a plus! Still doesn’t help with the ordering. If you are GF, do your homework in advance. Next, we ordered fajitas and it was not as expected. First, they were severed sizzling to the point of inedible for over 10 mins. I’ve ordered fajitas dozens of times and I expect them to be hot and served on a skillet, but this was too much. I would also normally expect a medley of peppers but this was all green peppers and onion. Just not my thing. Lastly, every single meal that came to the table was overpowered with SALT. I could barely taste the protein. None of us have a salt restriction so we didn’t think to request low salt, but I’ve never had food this overwhelming salty. If you have this dietary restriction, eat a salad. For my clients, I believe this establishment to be family and LGBTQ-friendly. I noticed tables of all sizes to accommodate different groups. And lastly, the prices were pretty good for a family night out. Overall, it was OK.

As someone with celiac disease I can go to Little Lebanon confident that I am getting something 100% gluten free. From their gluten free wraps to rice bowls and their fries (in a gluten free frier) there are plenty of absolutely delicious options for me. Not to mention how kind and sweet the family is and how dedicated they are to making delicious food and providing great service. Little Lebanon is hands down the best option for food in Dover and the best Mediterranean food in the state. I can’t help myself from going there every time I’m in Dover and I look forward to my go to order the chicken shawarma bowl with a side of small fries. This place is a treasure and I tell everyone I know about it because it just feels selfish to keep it to myself.
