Toss & Fire’s Gluten Free Detroit Caprese pizza is out of this world. Most GF pizza is either too thin or crunchy like a cracker. This amazing crust is thick and chewy and so good you get worried about it REALLY being gluten free - but it is! I promise you. Add to that amazing pizza combinations for my non GF family and this has become one of our favorite restaurants. We had a great waitress named Sarah who was friendly, cheerful and so willing to share her favorite pizzas (the caprese and the burger pizza). I was so wowed by a wait staff that takes an interest in their customers!!! Plus chilled glasses came out with the ciders we ordered … what??? This only happens at my house or at bars that cater to beer drinkers and have one cider on the menu. The ciders were fantastic - three choices from three different cider makers - not just the usual 1911. Looking for a place to take your GF friends? You will be blown away by Toss & Fire!

The pleasant young lady who served us was very pleasant. We ordered the battered haddock. Upgraded to sweet potato fries and the gingered salmon with rice. The later gluten free. Don't think that I have ever had a bad meal here.

Patrick was our server and was very accommodating to my dietary restrictions! I ordered the linguini with clams in white wine sauce, gluten and dairy free. They had no problems with my request and made it very delicious! My husband ordered the chicken marsala and was very happy with his food as well. The next time we come up to Syracuse, we will definitely stop by for a nice meal. Also, their bathroom was exceptionally clean which says plenty about the staff and restaurant as a whole. Thank you for a great evening! :)

I ordered a gluten free, dairy free cake for my daughter and her fiance's birthday. The cake was beautifully decorated and it was delicious! Stephanie was very helpful and accommodating when I placed the order. We will definitely be back. Thank you for doing such a great job.
