But it's the people that make the place! My server was an absolute gem! Liv made me feel so seen and loved! She has a gift for casual conversation and she gave the best recommendation for my pizza! Nola’s is such a delicious gem in Tulsa. The food is phenomenal as are the cocktails. The atmosphere is also great. I got the shrimp & grits and I have dreamed of it ever since. This is definitely a must eat in Tulsa. Also noteworthy- I have celiac and they handled my gluten restriction with ease. Very knowledgeable staff. I did not get sick and felt I had plenty of options!
