This is such a cute little pub. It reminds us of the pubs in the UK. The food was delicious. I love all the gluten free options. The service was great, some of the friendliest we have experienced in recent years.
I love that they have gluten free buns my son had a gf grilled cheese. I'd say if your celiac be careful about that as they likely grill on same surface. He does have an eczema flair up right now might be due to cross contamination but I image if you get the bun un grilled it would be safer.
Better than just bar food, the cubano sandwich was very good. Good drinks. Gluten free options. It's at a train station! The server even laughed at my dad joke.
This place has amazing coffee and a delicious menu! I had to give it a try because almost everything on their menu has a gluten free option, and boy was I in for a pleasant surprise! Their breakfast sandwiches are amazing and the coffee is super high quality. The owner is super friendly and helpful as well. What an incredible hidden gem in Oregon City!
This is my favorite food truck at Corner 14. The food is AMAZING, and generous portions for the price. Also, the pineapple sriracha soy curls - absolutely delicious. Lots of gluten free options which is perfect for those of us that are celiac. 100% will be making this a regular eatery.
It was our first time, and now we wish we had gone sooner. We got the Fried Calamari with veggies as an appetizer.
Main dishes were the 10oz. Steak Terres Major and the Seared Diver Scallops with sides of House Made Garlic Bread and Broccolini.
Deserts were the Bread Pudding and Creme Brulee. Everything was high quality and cooked to perfection.
The view from upstairs was amazing, and we even went through the arborvitae pathway to a beautiful viewpoint. The driveway way is steep but worth the climb. The menu offers vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy free options, which is great for those with special dietary needs.
I could grub down on Mesa food all day and absolutely love that they’re open in the mid-morning. They’re one of the only places in DTOC that’s open 7 days a week and before the dinner hours. The owner is very accommodating to his guests when he’s in the building and hustles in both the kitchen and at the bar- it’s cool to see. The food is very authentic and I love that EVERYTHING is made from scratch! Down to the chips and all hot sauces. Really love sitting outside in the summer and it’s a great blend of sports and sophistication for date nights. My husband can keep tabs on the game and still stay engaged in conversation over great food and drinks. A win-win! Pictured is the avocado tostada. There are so many vegetarian, Gluten free and vegan options, here. So thankful!!!
Disappointed
Looked forward to a happy hour with a good friend. Waitress was a bit stressed, although we were there before the crowd. My friend ordered, then I ordered also off the HH menu. I asked for a pub green salad, no croutons or cheese due to foid allergies. Not possible!!! They cannot skip the last step of adding cheese & croutons to a HH salad. "No changes" allowed, although I could spend 3x the price for a half pub salad & get it without the life threatening dairy or the gluten containing croutons. It's not a choice, I'm not being a princess, food allergies come with only one option: Do Not Consume... I suppose they'd prefer the OC Fire department & AMR disrupting service. Please note I've not had this problem with other McMenamins if you're in the same position. Edgefield is especially great!
Absolutely delicious and fresh everytime! They have options for vegan, vegetarian, gluten free plus all of their amazing meats. The spicy garlic sauce, you can’t miss that. You won’t regret your meal with Alani! The people and service are also always amazing.
Love this place. My whole family loved the food. Their pasta is top notch.Even my picky 5 year old loves their gluten free pasta, which is a huge plus. The staff was very friendly and knew their allergy friendly dishes. We went back after pasta for their Gelato and can I just say Yum 😋. As a wife of an Italian husband I can say they do it right. Will be back frequently.
We’ve been here twice so far and their food is delicious! I also have sensitivities to gluten and dairy and they were such a help (I believe everything except their sandwiches are gluten free!)
I especially appreciate the waitress/bartender, the chef, and any other behind-the-scenes staff. The first time we went, it was extremely busy, and these folks kept things moving.
The one mark down for atmosphere: each time we’ve gone, there was a guy (who I believe works there) who occasionally went behind the bar, but otherwise was just talking to his friends the whole time. This was particularly uncomfortable when we could tell the rest of the staff were slammed with customers and handling multiple roles, while he just hung out. I’m surprised he didn’t step in to even help make drinks while he socialized, as the waitress was handling both roles for a packed house.
