Excellent artisanal pizza, including gluten/free options. Dined in “the Yard” down by the river along with lots of other families listening to live music while their kids played on a Saturday evening. Very enjoyable.
Probably my favorite restaurant in Bastrop. Doordash completely mucked up my order. And their driver after picking it up, took an hour to get to my house which is only ten minutes away. When the food arrived, it was cold and my tea was watery. Due to the fact that the ice had completely melted. The owner went out of his way to bring me fresh food, to make up for the driver's deficit. Their food is delicious and fresh. And they have an incredible amount of options to choose from. They also happen to be gluten friendly. Next time I will go eat at the restaurant instead of using a delivery service.. Their customer service and wait staff are beyond reproach. And their food is absolutely delicious.
Great BBQ and sauces. Really enjoyed the brisket and ribs. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful about dietary restrictions, such as changing out gloves, the cutting board, and knife when needed. The original BBQ sauce, original sausage, and chopped brisket (in sauce) are *not* gluten free but there are many safe options for those with gluten intolerance / celiac.
The food was well made and oh so tasty. I had grits pork chop and scramble eggs. And they had gluten free toast. The coffee was excellent- I drink decaf and it was robust and really flavorful without bitterness.
Seriously if you havent tried this plave you're missing out. Their crepes are amazing, even the gluten free ones, but as amazing as they are they don't hold a candle to how amazing the owners are. Seriously dont walk, run to go try them.
Their salad dressings are out of this world and oh did i mention they're also seed oil free? Yeah they're seed oil free
Decent service. Delicious food. Got the Green Chili Pork Chicken dinner and it was outstanding. Added jalapeño ranch to the side salad that came with it and the chicken. The chicken dinner was gluten friendly. Arnold Palmer was also a highlight. Good iced tea and lemonade.
This was a pleasant surprise on my way back to Houston from the wine country! This place did not disappoint.
I got a lavender mocha with an add shot, plus a gluten free banana bread. They were so friendly and welcoming! I told him I really don’t like overly sweet coffee and they were able to make it perfectly just from my description.
The gluten free banana bread was also very moist and not dry or chalky at all (sometimes it is). Definitely homemade.
The shop is also very spacious with great spots for working or studying. I’ll definitely stop again when I’m driving through.
I am gluten free and went in to check it out. The young lady asked to be educated on gf and my needs, was very helpful and found several things I could eat. The food was very good, the service was exceptional. Highly recommend.
