My husband and I love Savage Goods. Fat burritos, stellar customer service, and the best seasonal gluten free and vegan donut holes; what more can you ask for?
We called the restaurant and asked for a trade of some ingredients on our pizza.
Unfortunately the girl on the phone said trading is possible, as we came to pick the pizzas up, we saw that there was an extra charge.
Lucky that we saw it, after a couple of minutes talking about the mistake, we got a free dessert - fair enough - and grateful :)
However, it was an unpleasant experience 🫣
The pizzas have been okay, I had the Royal (gluten free), which was really tasty and crunchy - even a bit burned (black, in Germany it would not be allowed to sell it like this 🫣but after cutting the parts it was amazing) and my friend had a selfmade one (4 ingredients) which hasn't been so tasty (got a bit soft - maybe cus of the takeaway box).
I'm guessing the experience in the restaurant could be a better one instead of taking it away :)
Pieology on Mesa is a great spot if you’re into build-your-own pizza. It’s kind of like the “Subway” of pizza—totally customizable, fresh ingredients, and super quick. The crust is thin and crispy, and they’ve got a great variety of sauces, cheeses, and toppings to play with.
The staff here are friendly and patient, even when you’re piling on all the extras. The place is always clean, the vibe is chill, and it’s a nice option for lunch or a casual dinner. They even have some great gluten-free and vegan options, which is a plus.
Overall, a solid choice for pizza lovers who like to make it your own way!

Yum 😋🩷Being in El Paso, I was in the mood for some Mexican. Taconeta hit the spot! I can’t eat gluten but the gentleman taking orders said every taco was ok but to avoid the Brisket Confit. The fish and shrimp tacos could be grilled rather than fried. Let me tell you - that grilled shrimp taco was *devine*. I should be back to El Paso again in September and I’m already planning on making Taconeta my first stop! I also got the Horchata to drink and it was very refreshing. I’m picky with my Horchata but this one was solid. Will order that again as well. Hopefully I’ll be back at dinner next time and can try one of the tasty looking margaritas. Shout out to the staff for being so friendly as well. 10/10
They have the best pizza! My mom has to eat gluten-free, so I was pleased you could get a medium pizza with a gluten-free crust. 👍🏻 Delicious salads (the small could easily be shared between two people), too. The prices are very reasonable, and the pizza is great to share. One of my favorite pizza places in El Paso! 😊
I’ve tried their brunch and lunch options, and both have great gluten free options! The buckwheat pancakes are delicious! This is one of my go-to lunch spots during the work week. Make sure you have plenty of time for lunch because sometimes it takes a little while to get your food, but it is worth the wait if you have the time to spare.
Good gluten free pizza but very disapointing that they do not have sandwiches. Family has different tastes and dietary requirements and this place can satisfy them except for sandwiches....
The first time here, atmosphere was awesome, and pizzas were delicious. The gluten-free crust was just right. The size of pepperoni was surprisingly large. Definitely coming back.
Paid $60 dollars for two 12'' pizza Gluten-free Don style and got charged for every topping at $5 each and a regular Don style at regular price $24 which both pizza were burnt crust, dry very little sauce and toppings barely any on top what a rip off of a place a rather go to pieology and get more and better pizza for half the price of this dump never coming here again or Recommend
we ordered the four course meal and repetedly stated my sibling was gluten intolerant and could not have gluten and we received no accomodations on this with gluten being brought out with every course except for our meats, it was completely unacceptable especially seeing as we are paying a premium price, do not reccommend for anyone looking for a place with gluten free, the staff clearly do not care
Always friendly staff and the atmosphere is family friendly. They have games like Janga, and Uno for the family to play. The pizza, wings and bread sticks are delicious. They offer cauliflower crust for my daughter who has Celiac. Overall, Sun city slice is amazing and provides a great place for the family to enjoy.
We really like iHop as it is aways a nice place with good food. As someone who is gluten intollerant, I so appreciate their gluten free pancakes which have great texture and taste that I believe even non G.F people would enjoy. THANKS iHop!!!
Laura gave us fantastic service! We had a rowdy group of 20 people who hadn't seen each other in 10 years, so not the easiest to wait on. She was fast, efficient, and organized, even with our many special requests.
I'm celiac and she knew what it was and took it seriously. The gluten free items are clearly marked. There's not a ton of options, but there's salad, steak, chicken, and sushi - so definitely enough to find something.
Came in from Cruces and wanted to support a small business. Found this little place with free wifi and an awesome environment to get some work done, chill, or just escape from the harsh world for a bit. The BEST coffee and many flavors you cannot find at big chain shops. They have some great items to purchase outside of coffee. They have pastries and some of them are gluten free! They are queer inclusive 🌈. SUPER friendly staff. You support PR with every purchase🇵🇷. You support a small business when you buy here! These places are needed in cities all over the US!
Will definitely be coming back. Def worth a day trip to El Paso 🤘
Ordered and picked up at the restaurant. Ate it within 4 minutes of receiving. We ordered the pesto fries and gluten free Porky Pizza. Very disappointing. The fries were soft, not crispy. The flavor was good. As for the pizza, the crust was not completely baked. I could only eat the outer two inches and toppings. The middle was doughy. Simply not baked long enough. Very disappointing!
Not all staff was knowledgable about what menu items contained gluten. Fried gluten-free items are not in a shared fryer. They did accommodate me with a gluten-free meal. You may just need to ask to speak to someone who knows about gluten-free menu options if you're sticking to a gluten-free diet.
This was our second trip to a Saltgrass Steak House in less than a week. We (me and my Bestie) were traveling cross country.
Tuesday, we visited the Biloxy Saltgrass Steak House. Super WOW experience [I did a review for that one, too]
Our waitstaff member was Cameron, super friendly and accommodating. The food was always phenomenal, cooked to perfection, and all of our allergies accommodated with a warm smile.
We started with the Shrimp Coctail. I enjoyed the atmosphere and company to the point, I completely forgot to take photos of the Bacon wrapped Filet.
All i can say is the Bacon Wrapped Filet was melt in your mouth deliciousness.
The Gluten-Free bread was a great treat.
Anson 11 is one of my favorite restaurants in downtown El Paso! The food is amazing and the atmosphere is great! They were even able to modify dishes to make them gluten free for my dietary restrictions, which I am learning is hard to find in El Paso in general. I will definitely bring my family and friends to eat here when they visit El Paso!
Everyone was super nice when we walked in, but this is not a place to eat for vegetarians who also have celiac disease (despite having gluten free markings on their menu). We should have been able to have the nachos and the vegan pazole; however, the chips are made in a shared fryer. The very thing that should be GF, is not thanks to ineptitude in the kitchen.
This place is on the top of our list of our families favorite places to eat. We also love that most of the food is Gluten free. The owner and staff are awesome!
I like it there, but I have to have gluten free, dairy free and they have some items. But my daughter and i had to bring our own dressings and sweetener. We can't have sugar.
