If I could give this place one star I definitely will! Awful experience! I found this place on a Gluten Free App. I asked the server some questions about how the food is prepared in the kitchen (to avoid cross contamination) and all she kept saying was “I think..” I asked for the chef so I can order the safer item in the menu and after 5 minutes the server came back saying that the chef is “busy”. Mind you, the place was EMPTY! I got up and left. Will not recommend this place to anyone! Very unprofessional young lady and staff!

I’m a student at NCTC in Flower Mound and my class in the MSU campus. I’m always open to try different places and the food. I went the first time after a doctors appointment and had their buttermilk pancakes and they surely did not disappoint plus the service was amazing. The last two times I’ve been I had again their pancakes because their so good along with their orange juice. My last time was last week I went to try a different food on the menu and decided to go for their hamburger and French fries they where so good super filling and again the service was amazing. I totally recommend they also have other options if your vegetarian or gluten free.

Mari was our delightful waiter this morning. She had a bright smile, positive attitude, and was very attentive! Mari made our experience at First Watch enjoyable. I have a gluten allergy and she made sure I would be taken care of. Our food was delicious and satisfying.

Let me preface by saying, I only dine at the FINEST establishments. My palette is sophisticated, and I have a severe gluten allergy. So when my gal friends suggested we eat at a "restaurant" where no one serves you, I was appalled. Until I met Barbra. This enchantress handled my allergy with sincerity and didn't balk when I requested a new glove for every piece of lettuce. (I got the lettuce bowl). It was scrumptious and only 3 calories.

I was going to make a reservation a few months ago and I asked about what their protocol was on how they cook their gluten-free pasta… they mentioned that they cook gluten-free pasta in the same water that was used for pasta containing gluten! That is not safe for a person with Celiac!

'Hidden Gem' Chef has a great story of O1!! We just had pizzas! And all 3 were amazing! Authentic flavors, super fresh ingredients! And we customized it, which is a great option! Gluten free option with Margarita base (added few veggies) was THE BEST! Kelsey did an amazing service- very personable, professional and gave us really good recoomendations, as this was our first time ever! We are DEFINITELY coming back!

I tried the gluten free pizza today, and it was so good! I had the Parma. It is now going to be in my permanent rotation of cravings. They offer a thin cauliflower crust for pizzas, and the gluten free penne, for most of their pastas.

I was recently asked to join a friend at this little hidden gem. I had never even heard of it because I just don't drive in that direction often but I live extremely close. We arrived and we were greeted warmly and quickly. We ordered lunch orders from their menu and explained our food allergies to make sure we didn't get anything with gluten. The food came out and was heavenly. I've eaten similar food all around the world and this tastes pretty authentic. The flavor was really delicious and I was only let down by the quantity of food in the lunch portion but I am someone who eats a lot of protein as an athlete. Now that I know this place is here, I am looking forward to going back and will order the dinner portion this time. A++
