I spoke to the owner after our second visit, telling him how much we loved the food. It's not a high-class, nor high-priced place. He responded accurately saying "This isn't fine dining, it's fun dining." Amazing nachos with carnitas. The chips are not crispy, they are crunchy and terrific.
One thing that is great is the place is entirely gluten free. My wife has gluten issues, so it it is great for her.
It's kind of a dive, fun, casual place with great food.
This was not our first time there and I am sure we will be back many more times.

The lady that took our order was awesome. We are dairy and gluten free and she was kind, accurate, and seemed to sincerely care to get our order right. Food was yummy too. We love the taco in a cup/bowl option. It’s fantastic that Torchy’s (if asked) will fry an egg to avoid the dairy in the scrambled eggs (heavy cream).
