This was such great pizza and pretty rare to find a thicker crust that’s gluten free! I’m a highly sensitive celiac and this place made me feel so safe and the servers were super knowledgeable about safe foods and cross contamination! We’ll definitely be back here. My gluten eating friends loved their pizzas as well!
The food overall was decent, but my gluten-free pizza really missed the mark. On the bright side, the spinach artichoke dip with house-made tortillas was delicious. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired—from a hostess with an attitude to a server who seemed completely disengaged. Sadly, the food just isn’t good enough to make up for the poor service, so we won’t be returning.
Great omelettes, pancakes and waffles with gluten free options but please STOP serving expired sugar free syrup! Last time they gave me the expired bottle and the same thing happened today.. this time I told them it’s expired and they poured it into a cup and served it to me again… so I just used the regular syrup.
I do not recommend if you have celiac. the kids working the line are never careful enough and there are always loose noodles in the rest of the options
I have celiac disease and I love this place because not only is the chai amazing but they always have 1-2 gluten free pasties! Only thing is that sometimes there’s cross contamination but overall I love this place. Wonderful place to hang out!
Pei Wei to the rescue. My usual bowl from next door is no longer Gluten Free and I was starving and they still have Gluten Free items on their menu that are tasty and fast. Thanks for the great service and good food!
My mom and I came here for the first time and we were both injured on knee scooters. We were greeted at the door and the doors opened and offered to sit wherever was comfortable. We have lots of allergies and they were very attentive to helping us have a great meal and great experience by even special making a pizza for us that my mom could eat. Gluten free pasta and pizza were both amazing. Will definitely be coming back here
This Chipotle location is rocking their service, food, and ambiance. Great staff, allergy trained for gluten-free folks like myself and my wife. The big difference is their food is fresh and they're veteran friendly. Generous discount for veterans and its really appreciated by my family. I've been going to Barbacao for 20 years and they lost my business for not supporting vets and having a fresher menu. Kudos to this franchise for stepping up their game and changing things for the better. You have my business now!
Every single time my wife orders, it's incorrect. They do have gluten-free buns there. But getting gluten-free sandwiches, there is a no-go for me because I noticed the fountain drink dispenser was so nasty I'm afraid of getting any gluten-free sandwiches there If they would keep that dispenser that nasty, I am sure they will not change glover for someone with celiac disease and have a gluten sensitivity, so be careful. This is not for all firehouse sub locations. It is just for this location. Next time i'm there, I will make sure to take a pic of that drink dispenser. I just want to go back to see if they even clean that area. The sandwich to the left should be a Cuban, but they wrote jamaican on it. They did say it's a Cuban, but I am sure it is not. The sandwich to the right is for my son, let's see how he likes it.
Don't walk, RUN to go check this place out. From the food to the ambiance to the customer service...literally phenomenal! We eat gluten free and they were so accommodating to our requests. The soups could possibly be the most delicious soup we have ever had. Right along with the amaretto cookie. My oh my!!! My entire family (5 yr, 9 yr, mom and dad) kept saying how delicious each bite was. We can't wait to go back!
Easily the best Thai restaurant I’ve been to EVER!!
The food is amazing every time and extremely authentic. Their menu is extensive with many options. I have a gluten allergy and they’ve always been accommodating of that.
Highlights on their menu in opinion (as a chef): Panang curry, Steamed Mussels, Spring Rolls, Coconut soup, and their coconut ice cream. My boyfriend isn’t gf and he loves their golden chicken.
Prices are reasonable and you get a healthy portion of food, especially with their lunch special!
I wish I didn’t live so far so I could come here more often!
‼️ UPDATE Warning they claim 95% gluten free but fry EVERYTHING in the same vat with flour tortillas..Will someone please explain to them that can’t claim gluten free because of this practice 🤦🏻♂️
We ordered chicken fajitas and steak street tacos, our go too meals for Mexican food: the menu is 95% gluten free (update not really)
which is great because we are celiacs. The street tacos were excellent but OMG the chicken fajita was fire!! The first time EVER I wanted to keep her fajitas over my steak! Both were good but fajitas over the top ! New favorite place, sorry Blue Iguana
Don’t go any where else for Pho. They have the best broth in the salt lake valley, delicious!!! I had the specialty pho w/o meatballs because I’m gluten free. My husband tried the pho with meatballs and it had a crazy good flavor. Service was quick and friendly!!
Call the ingredients prepared correctly. Very well appointed in a great location. Staff friendly, courteous and attentive. They were able to make a substitution for gluten-free which is rare. All around. Great experience.
Celebrated my wife’s birthday here and it did not disappoint. Excellent food enjoyed on a beautiful secluded patio. Enjoyed the Australian elk and filet which both had deeply vibrant and fresh flavors. Very easy to find lots of options without gluten. Our new favorite fine dining!
Food was fantastic, healthy, and filling. I love how each item was marked with the dietary criteria it met, such as Vegan, Gluten Free, and even Whole 30. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
Mild curry dip on 'naked' (no breading/gluten free) wings was yummy. Also had the Buffalo chicken sandwich. It was a great balance of traditional flavor wings and blue cheese dressing.
I have two people in my household that are gluten-free, one that has celiac disease. We ordered grilled fish and we recieved breaded fish. I tried to call to remedy the order l, it was a delivery. No one would even pick up. So now I have to figure out another dinner plan for half of my family (because of cross-contamination, they cannot eat the fish). I will not order from them again. I understand mistakes happen, but you have to fix them when they do. After many attempts of getting ahold of the restaurant, i resorted to this review. On a sidenote, we also ordered extra tartar sauce but receive none. This was an $80 order, to say the least it was pretty disappointing that half of my family couldn’t eat it.
We went here on a dinner date and had a great experience. I must admit-the tapas are a bit spendy and you get very little. However, we enjoyed the gluten free roll options which were filling. Bo was our server and she was excellent!
We loved Marco’s Gluten-free pizzas for a couple months and then they stopped offering Gluten-free. Super disappointed. It’s nearly impossible to find good pizza and even harder to find restaurants that offer 100% Gluten-free menu options.
