My wife and I went there yesterday for gluten-free options. The burgers are very good however the gluten-free bun fell right apart. Looks to me like they should have tossted it to help it stay together. The bun was basically unusable. Food ended up being pretty good but it was kind of a mess. You could give it a try if you're interested and ask them to toast the bun.

If you're Gluten Free, Dairy Free and soy free, I've had no issues with the burger as long as there is no cheese, no bun and no mayonnaise. They don't season their meat and it's only beef, no fillers. They only fry french fries, so no cross contamination there either. Just like all the other Five Guys, it's more money than i would like to spend, but i don't have tummy issues after I eat there.
