We came across the restaurant by chance and it was the best coincidence ever! The food was simply wonderful and the staff were all very warm and committed. We got two gluten-free pizzas and delicious desserts. The freshly squeezed orange juice was also very fine 😊 Highly recommended for celiacs, care is taken to ensure that there is no cross-contamination. Even lactose-free is offered. The entire menu is gluten-free and it should be noted that the pizza is even made without yeast. So if you have an intolerance, definitely come here! If you want to eat in Firenze without fear of gluten, you should do it here!

Simply the best in Florence! They make the entire menu gluten-free and the food is wonderful. It doesn't even feel like you're eating gluten-free pasta (even my husband, who can eat regular pasta, went gluten-free). Our experience was so, so good, that we went again another night to eat there. Igor's service was also spectacular! We loved this pleasant surprise, as we had a reservation at the famous restaurant next door, but we ended up deciding to take a chance at Da Garibaldi. What a hit!!! They could open one here in Florianópolis (Brazil).

Excellent pizza. It took a little while to call the waiter and order but in the end we did it. A celiac friend had ordered a gluten-free pizza and they brought it to him with gluten but the waitress had time to realize that it was with gluten and had the kitchen redo the pizza by offering that pizza to the rest of us

Exceptionally good gluten free. Together with Sgrano, this was easily one of the best gluten free (gf) restaurants in Florence. They have a separate kitchen for gluten free and match the meals on the regular menu exactly.

Excellent pizza restaurant for celiacs (and not), we often stop on the way to or from Rome, because it is convenient to the motorway exit. Nice atmosphere both inside and in the outdoor garden. Fast service and very friendly but professional waiters. Highly recommended.

Gluten-free pizzeria in the Aic circuit. One of the best gluten-free pizzas I've eaten, no gluten-free aftertaste that many pizzas have, delicious cold even the next day. Very good gluten-free cuddles. Very competent owner and available for gluten-free. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff but I didn't like the fact that they made us sit down and then told us that we had to get up by 8.30pm because more people would be arriving. Vegetarian menu and wander entirely gluten-free. Colorful, well-finished and delicious dishes.
