Fiddlehead is so unexpected in Michigan City! Knowledgeable about allergies and dietary restrictions, they offer gluten free bread for sandwiches and a number of options that are inherently GF. My fave is the roasted half chicken, and the blue cheese kettle chips are a treat! Cocktails are good and creative, although I'd love to see more tequila options. Staff is welcoming to anyone who isn't a jerk, and occasionally they have special events and fundraisers for local community organizations, so check those out. The only thing they lack (in my opinion) is a gluten free dessert.

I have celiac and I recently tried Sara's for the first time based on the reviews on here and a well-known GF food app. They have a gluten free menu, including waffles, and my food was served on different-colored plates. Unfortunately, I had an obvious gluten reaction. I hate to leave negative reviews & I know I took a chance because of their disclaimer that they can't guarantee the food is completely gluten free, but I hoped and thought I would be safe based on the other reviews. Maybe it was somewhat of a fluke given that others have obviously been able to eat here with success, just be warned that it's not quite a slam dunk. For what it's worth, I ordered the breakfast wrap with bacon, hash browns, and a waffle. It was good but not worth the suffering. But I would recommend it if you don't have issues with gluten.

Hands down the best gluten free Italian food I’ve had. The meatballs with goat cheese and gluten free bread were amazing! The chicken parm and pasta were perfection. I wanted to cry it was so good. I need to find out what brand gf pasta they use or recipe bc I could not tell a difference. I have celiac and am super sensitive and zero issues after eating there. Staff is very knowledgeable about celiac accommodations. The only issue I have is there isn’t one in Nashville 😩😩😩😩 I would 100% eat here almost daily if there were.

Came in at around 8 on a Saturday and got sat very quickly. One of the friends that came with has a gluten allergy. Bucceto's has their own seperate gluten free, which makes it very easy to order knowing that there won't be any cross contamination. Our server, Andrew, was the BEST!! So considerate and helpful. He made sure that the breadsticks wouldn't even pass over the gluten free food when putting on the table. Overall, 10/10 will be coming back

This is a good olive garden experience. Our server was super helpful, nice and attentive. The food was hot, fresh and as expected. Even the personal coffee pot was hot, fresh and tasty. My kid is gluten intolerant, so the GF pasta was a great option.

This restaurant not only offers some of the best gluten-free food, but also provides exceptional customer service. I recently ordered takeout and discovered that they had given me the wrong item when I got home. I called them and they promptly delivered the correct item to my house, which was fresh and delicious. Amazing!
