I went to Yiani's Greek Restaurant in Coolum on my last night on the Sunshine Coast.
So glad I did as I was extremely impressed with the quality of the food and wine and also the great atmosphere.
Upon arrival you are warmly greeted by Yiani and his lovely staff.
The waitress was excellent and went above and beyond to recommend wine and dishes on the menu.
I had the Beef Mousaka with Greek Salad. I can honestly say it's the best Mousaka I've had since I was in Greece many years ago.
The gluten free Baklava cake is amazing.
I would highly recommend going to Yiani's on Beach Road Coolum Beach if you are visiting the Sunny Coast. Five stars for everything.
Awesome coffee spot with a great vibe, though it closes early at noon—perfect for a quick visit but not for a long stay!

Great coffee, heaps of gluten free food options and great location. The only negative is the early closing time of 12pm. Please stay open until 1 so we can enjoy a midday coffee and a light lunch 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️

Went for dinner last night as was recommended by friends. The food was great, they were able to accomodate gluten free no worries. My only suggestion would be a carnivore plate, just a selection of the smoked meats with sides optional. Besides the food, the customer service was exceptional, staff were so friendly. We will definitely be back to support this family owned and operated business.
