Very good. Pancakes, for example banoffee or this month cherry praline coulis, are irresistible and available gluten-free. The drinks are delicious in winter and summer. Everything is homemade and it shows. The dishes are always balanced and nourishing. The service is incredible, responsive, with a sincere effort to make the moment pleasant for the customer.
2 minor downsides: some chairs are recycled (great for the environment) but that means chairs that are a little less comfortable (smaller/hard). There can sometimes be a bit of a wait because there are often people and a busy staff. Important to book in advance if possible.

We spent one night in Lyon looking for a vegetarian restaurant with gluten-free food and found Le Grand Liban. We made a reservation directly through Google, as it was specifically listed there. We walked through the old town and found such a cute little restaurant with affordable Lebanese delicacies. The staff spoke excellent English, and we tried the entire menu. The appetizers, both cold and hot, all cost around €8.90-€11, and they were absolutely delicious.
