The owner changed location recently and opened this new pizzeria that has improved in gourmet selection and evolution from the previous place named "il drago". This new pizzeria is beautiful and well assorted. Service is fast and the quality of the pizza deserves to be at the top 10 pizzerias of the world. We were celebrating an event and therefore the menu had been pre-established but also the dishes from the à la carte menu that we saw passing by were very inviting. We started with a centerpiece appetizer with a rich selection of local cured meats and cheeses and 2/3 hot courses. The two first courses, half a pacchero with yellow datterino tomatoes and provola and ricotta ravioli with pistachio cream, well executed and with quality ingredients.
