Delicious gluten free pizza and pasta! Though they used to use their gluten free pizza dough as bread and our waitress told us they don’t do that anymore, which is really disappointing
This place is really chill and offers great food and service. The pancakes are amazing and come with real maple syrup. The Denver Omelette hit the spot and they had plenty of gluten free options.
Highly recommend this place for their food and for all the gluten free options! 95% of the menu is gluten free, our server was really knowledgeable about Celiac, and was really accommodating. 5 star food!
This send to be a part of the Pomo's family of restaurants. My friend wanted Italian food but I'm allergic to gluten so we chose this restaurant because it has gluten free options. I chose a chicken dish, which tasted good, it came with a side of potatoes, which were too salty. Overall, the food left more to be desired. The energy in the restaurant was good and the service was great!
Chilte is an absolute gem in the heart of Phoenix!
From the moment we walked in, the vibe was electric — the music, the ambiance, the warm staff — all set the tone for what turned out to be one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in the city.
Let’s talk about the food: INSANE. The burger? Hands down the best my husband has ever had! The kitchen doesn’t just accommodate dietary needs — it elevates them. I’m gluten-free. Every dish was bold, intentional, and bursting with flavor. The craft cocktails were equally unforgettable — creative, balanced, and beautifully presented.
Chef LT Lawrence Smith III is a culinary innovator and recent James Beard Award semifinalist. He is an emerging Chef, and you can feel his passion in every bite.
Whether you’re local or visiting Phoenix, Chilte is a must. It’s not just a restaurant — it’s a whole experience. We’ll be back. Again. And again. Making a reservation NOW!

Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers – 7th Ave + Chase Field Locations
Food Allergy Alert – READ BEFORE YOU GO
If you have food allergies or care about someone who does, do not eat here.
I’m speaking from real experience—not just as a disappointed customer, but as someone who literally had a mild anaphylactic reaction at one of their locations and watched them handle it with gross negligence.
Let me explain:
CHASE FIELD (Super Bowl time) – I came in at 16 with a friend. I had a bite of food and my mouth started tingling, and my throat began closing up. I immediately told the waitress. Instead of calling for help or checking the food, they came back with a paper stating I “consented” to eating the food and wouldn’t sue them. I was a minor, and I looked like a minor. They knew what they were doing—covering themselves legally instead of doing the right thing. It was cold, dismissive, and honestly horrifying.
And as for the beer? Let me paint the scene: it was the Super Bowl. The place should’ve been electric. But when I walked into the Chase Field location, not one group of men smiled when their beers hit the table. Not one. Faces went sour and dark. That moment said everything. The beer was warm, flat, and honestly—embarrassing for a place that has “Cold Beers” in the name.
7TH AVE LOCATION (March 24, 2025 at 3:00 PM) – I called to ask about allergens and the staff didn’t even know what an allergen warning was. Not an exaggeration. They were confused by the term. This chain is actively ignoring basic food safety standards that could literally cost people their lives.
I checked their entire website after the call. There is no allergen menu, no clear breakdown, and no proper disclosures. Just vague mentions of “gluten-friendly” with no depth. There’s zero transparency or education across the board, and that’s terrifying.
This chain is massively negligent, both ethically and operationally.
I have officially filed a report with Linda at the Health Services Department to address this growing pattern of negligence. I strongly urge others to speak up before someone gets seriously hurt—or worse.

We stopped by before catching the Green Day concert and we were so pleasantly surprised. I'm celiac and had heard Carcara had a nice GF selection and were caring and attentive regarding cross contamination and they did not disappoint. My drink was a very generous pour and the piece of chicken on my salad was seasoned to perfection and very large. The atmosphere is so chill and lovely. Maybe a bit pricey BUT the portions are generous, and the service and atmosphere are superb.
Good for what it is! Popped in for a quick lunch. Servers were friendly and kind. Food arrived fast. Really wish they offered a gluten free bread/bun option but the "Adam & Eve" treatment for the burger wasn't bad (enough lettuce for a salad!).
The burger was tasty and the lemonade did not disappoint. Next time I'm going for the chips and deviled eggs!
Came for the star wars menu, all of our coffees were unique and delicious and they were very accommodating to gluten free as far as food goes. My hubby enjoyed the millennium falcon waffle! Made for a beautiful fun morning.

Went here on a whim our last night in Phoenix and we were very pleasantly surprised. We were seated at a cozy intimate table. Cindy was an incredible waitress who went above and beyond to ensure my meal was safe and enjoyable (I have celiac disease) and kept the delicious corn tortillas coming! The Queso Fundido, Halibut Ceviche and Chile Relleno were fresh and delicious.
I have Celiac disease which means I can get sick from gluten. I called ahead and understood that the kitchen does their best on this.
I ordered and asked them to check a label for olive oil (sometimes its cross contaminated during processing). I overheard the very loud cook smiling and saying the chef in back laughed at the question when he went to go ask about it. So far, not awful.
Then it gets bad. The cooks up front are clowning on me and my allergy pretty hard loud enough for me to hear, but not talking TO me. Talking ABOUT me. Super disrespectful.
“Imagine just giving him straight up gluten. Just straight bread”.
“No, not on the cooktop, got to avoid cross contamination” with a super over the top eye roll and laughter. So as I sat there I didn’t know if they were taking this seriously AT ALL. It was just an awkward, unwelcoming vibe. There was a couple more examples as they prepared the food but i’ll leave it at that.
The food: somewhat good but overpriced.
Host and waiter were very nice but two people cracking jokes and throwing uncertainty into food Im literally about to ingest is not cool.
We had an excellent meal here. The food was plentiful and tasty. I have gluten and soy allergies and was able to have many options for food, obviously not a pasty, but that is okay.
This coffee shop was one of my favorite visits during a weeklong work visit. Amazing coffee and gluten-free food options (I loved the oatmeal). Oat milk matcha was delicious as well. Charlie was a delight to chat with in the mornings. Thanks for keeping me well-fed and caffeinated while away from home!
We had an event for 41 teens and chaperones, so it was a no-brainer to order from Chick-fil-A for lunch. All of the kids love the nuggets! We ordered nuggets, salad, and mac & cheese for delivery. Allison was there right on time and the food was fresh and hot!!! Planning an event this big for this many teams is never easy, but Chick-fil-A made it easy. Everything was plated in easy to open containers. They included serving utensils, plates, napkins, forks, and a good Variety of salad dressings and chicken dipping sauces.
We also ordered grilled chicken nuggets for a few kids who are gluten-free.
This is the second time we’ve placed a large order like this for a large number of kids and/or teens. They never disappoint. Glad we could make the kids and parents happy with this spread.
The only complaint…we ran out of nuggets. 🤣 We’ll have to double the order next time!!!!
Thanks, Allison and team! You came through for us again. We’ll call you again next time.
Casual but tasty ramen joint in downtown.
Good broth. Noodles cooked just right, soft and chewy but not sticky or overly soft. Generous amount of meats and toppings.
Kale noodles option for gluten- intolerable eaters.
All-in-all, cool noddle shop to visit often... 👍🏾
We went for our 1st wedding anniversary and everything was just amazing. The food was fantastic, the cocktails were superb, and the service was so nice. I loved that the GF food was labeled since I have a gluten allergy. We will be coming back every year for our anniversary dinner.
Delicious food and drinks. Very accommodating to my gluten free needs. Party of 8 that increased to 11. Even with other reservations, management made accommodations for us as the group expanded.
Oh my god, this place is such a vibe. Everyone's so nice, the staff is very welcoming, and attentive. Shout out to Sofia for being so kind, and polite, and VERY attentive. Hopefully this kind of service becomes recognize, because people like her deserve it.
I got the rancheros bowl this morning which had hashbrows sub with egg whites, turkey and some pork i believe(hot sauce on the side), along with the chicken sausage. Chicken sausage on the side is a must, hot and fresh off the grill. Plenty of gluten free option. Portions don't dissapoint. My husband got the blueberry pancakes(2nd day in a row) and also got a side of scrambled eggs and turkey bacon, comes with a side of fruit. Very well balanced breakfast.
This place has so many options. When we come back to phoneix definately coming back here! Thank you!
