We just moved to the area and we decided to go to Coopers Hawk in Pembroke Pines. The manager Ryan made a point to say “hi” . The wait staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful with the food allergies. (gluten Free and nut free) They did a fantastic job makes sure they were safe without an any cross contamination. The food came out pretty fast (they were busy) the food was really good quality. You could tell it wasn’t rewarmed microwave food. This restaurant has their act together! You can tell it’s managed well and the staff works well together. We will be back!

Always a great experience. Great service and even better food! The owner always takes very good care of me and I feel safe eating here with an allergy to wheat. Definitely the best gluten free pizza in the area.
