This is the best gluten free pizza I've ever had! This is actually a crust, and not a cracker wearing pizza as a hat. It is crispy and the outside and chewy on the inside and encrusted with cheesy bits of goodness.
This is not your normal gluten free takeout pizza crust. This is made by people, not machines.
Everything else about the pizza was great, but we don't need to talk about the everything else.
