What an awesome spot! Food was amazing, service was so attentive and kind. Felt like an old ma and pop place that actually cares about their customers. I have a gluten allergy and our server was super knowledgeable on the food preparation process and the things I could and couldn’t have. Will be visiting again!

I was excited to visit here bc of the GF options on the menu. Unfortunately, the chef was unwilling to modify the halibut special with a different side to make it GF. I ordered the salmon which was very bland. We did love the artichoke appetizer! If I were to come back I would probably try a steak.

Staff was kind and accommodating as they could be.There isn't anything gluten free on the menu which is disappointing considering corn tortillas are safe. Unfortunately the food my guests had was pretty basic and looked nothing like the photos. The three different tacos they ordered were seasoned with the same store bought taco seasoning despite having different descriptions and proteins.

Cape Fear Boil catered an even for us for 100 people. Everyone raved at how good the food was and how fun it was to see the food prepared right on site and served seafood boil style. We had quite a few locals who do their own seafood boils and even they were impressed. The staff was friendly and helpful all the way through the process before, during and after the event, especially considering I was dealing with a need for gluten free, egg free and nut free. I will definitely use them again!
