The service was awesome the lady at the counter was super nice and the people at this place take gluten allergies very seriously. The service was extremely fast at least taking three minutes in total for pretty much everything (except for stuff like extra sauces which still took at least a minute or less). So delicious! It was also fast and well-priced, and the service was excellent. My friend and I didn’t have time to eat there, so they let me walk in and choose the sushi I wanted from the conveyor belt, and they boxed it up beautifully for my friend and I. The customer service was excellent—I told them we only wanted varieties that were cooked and that I was avoiding gluten, and they worked me in those parameters, even offering to make a couple of fresh rolls which weren’t on the conveyor belt at the time (the Salem roll for my friend, and the lemon roll for me). When they make it fresh for you, it makes two portions, so you can either buy the whole thing or just half of it. Overall a great experience!! We can’t wait to hopefully go again someday.
