I’m not sure why the rating average is barely above a 4. I have eaten in and taken out many times. The Al taglio pizzas are so good and my mom who can’t have gluten asks me to bring her GF pizzas from Federal Hill to NY. The entrees are also delicious (especially the meatballs) and the staff is very kind. Give it a shot.

I have lied in Warren for 3 years...Uptown is my favorite breakfast place! I don't mind waiting because every order is "made to order". I have NEVER been disappointed!
