I was staying at the Hilton so I ate lunch here 2 days in a row. I was drawn to it because of the gluten free options. I dined in the first day and got takeout the 2nd day. Spinach artichoke chicken pizza on gluten free crust: Toppings 10/10. There’s an abundance of spinach and the flavors blend nicely together. Crust 7/10 (good but not the best gf crust I’ve had - and I think that is just cooking technique and not the recipe). The 2nd day I had the Herb citrus Turkey panini on gluten free bread: 10/10. Ahh so very good! This sandwich really hit the spot. The regular pizza gets such rave reviews that I wish I could enjoy it myself.

I was disappointed with our experience at Hard Rock. The restaurant wasn't busy yet for some odd reason we had to wait 45 min to be seated. The food took even longer to be served. I requested a modification to my hamburger to have it wrapped in lettuce as I've been avoiding gluten which resulted in a shocked reaction and story time with our server. The burger itself was a greasy mess. It was well cooked, but not well seasoned, and grease poured out from each bite. I left the restaurant feeling heavy and disappointed.

I had the best lamb here! It was juicy and had a great taste. I also got the grits with jalapeño cheese and that was sooo good. They have good gluten free options for my partner who has celiacs. They had really great drinks too! I love the environment here. The chef was also walking around talking to people which was really nice. Overall an amazing experience.

Great DJ, good vibes, awesome spot. I checked it out on a Friday night and they had fire dancing and acrobatics. The DJ played a great mix of dance, trance, pop, and electronic. Basic food menu. No exciting nonalcoholic or virgin bev options (they don’t really have a bar—they just sell canned or bottled drinks and frozen drinks). Basic burger, sandwich, and fries food menu, limited gluten free options. No gf buns. An overall great hangout 👍
