The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean.
Cocktails were good.
I ordered my steak rare which at outback usually means cold and purple in the center. My first steak was at least medium. The second steak was much better but still not what I expect from Outback.
The rest of the mail was good. They dealt with a gluten allergy and made pay-to-go meal as I finished my steak
All in all a very good experience
There were a bunch of high chairs piled up at the entrance to the restrooms. Seems like they could find a better place for these.

I watched the guy who adds toppings to the subs slide lettuce from the cutting board area that had fallen off prepped subs made with regular bread back into the lettuce container to be reused. For a business that claims to be allergy friendly/ celiac friendly, this is completely unsafe. Jersey Mikes advertises that they cater to those with allergies and food sensitivities. The owner needs to retrain their staff on food safety and stress not reusing toppings from the cutting board.

Don't trust what's in the bag at the drive through. I have used the drive through 4 times in the past month or so. First trip they gave me regular grilled chicken sandwiches instead of the gluten free option I had ordered. Stuff happens. I went without lunch that day. They made good on it next trip in. The past two times through, they have forgotten my grilled 12 piece grilled nuggets. Each time contacted they would say come back and we'll give them to you. Aren't most working people on a fixed lunch schedule? Last time I was refunded to my card while on the phone with the manager. Today's manager told me that was impossible unless it was for the whole order and they couldn't refund the whole order. But that's exactly what they should have done for the same mistake twice in two weeks. Not sure what's happened to this place. Told me I have to come back in with my card to get my money back. I am going to eat that $8.45 loss instead of anymore chicken from this little slice of chaos.

Love this little tucked-away spot! Dont let its location adjacent to a Shell station fool you; it is legit. Service was incredible and friendly. They easily accommodated gluten-free diet options, even going so far as to bring me a corn-based naan that was delicious. I enjoyed the lunch special of three courses, and the chicken tikka masala was so tender that it practically melted in my mouth. I plan to return for the Sunday lunch buffet as well. This is one of those amazing hole in the wall places that you want to bring your family and friends to. We'll be back for sure! You can't beat the customer service that helps new parents with entertainment for the baby or toddler with crayons and proactive offering of a high chair. There wasn't any weird pressure related to discussing dietary restrictions (if you know someone who is celiac, they'll know what I mean. This place is truly safe and welcoming), true Japanese hospitality that brang us back to our travels across Asia. I really liked the gluten free option of cooked blue crab California rolls. Reasonably priced. My husband can eat gluten and really loved the the Alaska roll. 10/10 cannot recommend enough. Our baby also loved the rice and pot stickers, hubby did too 😆🧡
