I am gluten free (Celiac disease) and I don’t usually find that most pizza places have a good gluten free pizza, either the dough is over cooked or the sauce and toppings aren’t very good but Theo’s pizza of Belmont MA. is by far makes the BEST gf pizza I’ve ever had and I’ve been gluten free for over two decades.
