I’m from Tennessee, and this place is legit. I also have celiac disease, which makes dining out difficult. This place takes the stress out of dining, and Megan my server inspired confidence and knew how to help. She was warm and attentive and I couldn’t ask for more. Great service and atmosphere, along with the best Gluten-free crust I have ever tried. Also, this is the only restaurant that I have ever seen multiple sizes of Gluten-free pizza! I was a bit hesitant to try the cashew and artichoke heart pizza, but it was fantastic and I highly recommend it. I'm not from the area, but I guarantee I will be stopping by the next time I am.

Great pizza! I have celiac disease and always have food anxiety when eating out - when I called the restaurant and asked about gluten-free options they double checked with the chefs while I was on the phone. Upon my arrival they scrubbed the counter and hands before preparing my pizza as we waited for our food the owner came out and talked to me further about how they try and make everything as safe as possible to make a gluten-free environment. Although, nothing is guaranteed, they do everything they can to ensure my safety. It was very nice to have the reassurance with my food as gluten is so damaging for me and creates a lot of food anxiety. I appreciate the care and thoughtfulness also the pizza was on point. I had the Mediterranean pizza with pesto sauce 😋 you won't be disappointed!

Good pizza, offers gluten free as well as regular crust. Great vegetarian one, red and garlic sauces offered. Wide variety of toppings. Friendly staff. Were able to accommodate our large group easily.

BEST GLUTEN FREE CRUST ANYWHERE! Seriously. They have flavored crust options that blow everyone else out of the water. I'm currently addicted to the pepperoni pizza with garlic Parmesan crust. Eventually I'll move on to try other pizzas - they have a great menu - but for now I keep circling back to that very basic, but very delicious pizza. Delivery is fantastic and has come early every time. I've had them deliver to my house and to the restaurant I work at (after we're closed and doing special deep cleaning). The restaurant isn't too far from their base operations, but my house sure is! It's a 20 minute drive, but they're here at least a few minutes before they said they would be every time. THEY ARE OPEN LATE NIGHT AND DELIVER! If you're a Carson City local, you know how hard it is to find decent food after 9pm. They are also locally owned and operated which is another huge plus in my book, as recently we'v seen so many family owned restaurants shutter their doors and corporately owned behemoths move in. For the record, my son and my employees say the gluten-included crust is the best in town as well! Prices are about what I'd expect for the quality. You can certainly get cheaper pizza in Carson City, but it won't be ANYWHERE near as good!
