I’ve been going to Lugano’s for almost 7 years, it truly never disappoints! The food is incredibly delicious, the staff is very friendly, and we leave happy every time.
Their kids menu is $10 for any of the items, they have gluten free options!
Major rip-off. Everything is an up charge.
The cauliflower crust is the worst. If you have to be gluten free go somewhere else. The pizza was floating in oil from over saturated cheese. When I got home I threw it all away. I ate a slice and a half. My wife had the pizza special. She said the crust was good. When I got the bill, two pizzas and no drinks came to $58.60. Crazy.
Ordered 3 gluten free unlimited topping pizza, kids and me waited 45 mins for delivery and got 3 burnt, dry, no topping cheese pizzas. Never buying a pizza from this or any mod pizza again.
Ordered multiple gluten-free pizzas for my staff … they were excellent! Everyone I interacted with was extremely helpful and kind. Change is tough. Be kind to small businesses.
The food here is amazing! From the endless selection of pizzas (even gluten free) to the wings to the salads to the parm subs and even the garlic knots! You have to save room to try the cannolies or tiramisu that are out of this world!
Next time I am going to try the lasagna that I saw someone else order.
I even got to meet one of creators of this Italian heaven. Ricky was great to chat with. We even talked about catering some of my team meetings in the future.
I love pizzas, especially that they have a gluten free option of all flavors, I love the dough and the atmosphere is very good to share with family and friends, the service is very good
Ordered delivery and paid 50$ for 4 small squares and a 12 inch hand tossed blt. Got the blt and a gluten free pizza with additional toppings. The gluten free pizza was on par with Costco’s cauliflower crust. The food was average quality. The blt pizza crust was hard to chew and a bit heavy on the mayonnaise. I’m giving it 3 stars because I like Costco’s cauliflower crust pizza but at 50$, it’s really steep.
I deeply regret going to Jet’s Pizza on Ten Ten Road. My life is now divided into two eras: Before Jet’s and After Enlightenment via Crust.
Thanks to that first square of deep dish perfection, I can’t enjoy anything else. Not homemade food, not five-star restaurants, heck, I barely trust water anymore unless it was poured at Jet’s. The dough? Suspiciously perfect. I’m convinced they’ve got a retired Italian nonna chained to the mixer whispering ancient gluten secrets. The cheese? It's so stretchy I nearly used it as dental floss. And the sauce? I swear it made eye contact with my soul. I felt judged… and then forgiven.
And let’s talk about the Turbo Crust. No warning on the box, no waiver to sign—just life-altering flavor bombarding my taste buds like a parade with extra garlic.
So yes, I regret it. I regret not trying it sooner. I regret that I now spend most nights staring out the window wondering if Jet’s misses me, too. I’m not saying this pizza changed my personality… but my dog says I’ve been acting different.
Good burgers! They have gluten free bread for the bun. Their kettle chips are delicious!
We went back to try their pizza and they got our order wrong several times. We waited like 40 extra minutes, and they ended up giving it to us for free because it was so long (and the free order was still wrong, haha). The gluten free pizza was just okay, tasted a lot like a cracker. My husband ordered regular pizza but they made it gluten free on accident twice so he didn’t get to try the regular crust. I think it’s so loud in there it’s tough for to them hear unfortunately. The owner was very kind but there was a lot going on! We had no trouble ordering over the phone at lunch time when it was quieter.
