I called to ask about gluten free pizza and the person on the phone asked me to repeat 3 times, and still had no clue what gluten is. It’s ok not to have it, that’s why I inquired but I received no answer, and if they do I wouldn’t trust it with cross-contamination anyway now. But to not even ask someone else what I meant if one doesn’t know.. Hope someone will explain what gluten is.
