We were in Cookeville today so we stopped here for lunch. Being from the N.J., I was looking forward to giving it a shot.
I ordered a Stromboli and my wife got a Cauliflower crust pizza...Gluten-Free.
The Stromboli was Spot-On! Tasted just like I was back home. Perfectly baked and stuffed full of melted mozzarella and meats....Mama Mia! The sauce, or gravy depending on who you talk to, added a nice authentic flavor.
My wife's pizza was just as good. Sauce was tasty with hot melted cheese...
The star of the meal...the Cannoli Chips with powdered sugar, chocolate chips, and fresh filling on the side. My goodness!

This is our second time here and it is our new goto for a relaxed weekend pizza beer fix. The quality and consistency is there and the price is for it is good. Atmosphere and service we love. Did I mention the sauce? WOW! Gluten free options are great and the buffalo mozzarella is wonderful. We Love the mushrooms as well.
