My first time here! Having celiac disease makes it very difficult to eat out. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable about everything. Our food was top notch and even pointed out the spiced mustard was not gluten free. I never eat a full dish and I cleared my plate. I believe our server was Alainna! Ok, but won't order again. Putting aside a the expectation of thin, crispy, or otherwise "NY Style" pizza (which this is not) I cannot give the pizza a great rating. We got 1x 16" specialty pie, 1x 12" pie, and 2x 12" gluten free pies.
The regular red tomato sauce on all pizzas was lacking in volume and moreso in flavor, while the cheese was quite heavy, creating substantial imbalance in flavor.
I've had plenty of not-thin crunchy pizza and it can be done well, however this was not uniform in thickness and doughy for the outer 2/3 of the pie from the crust in. I've seen this happen on smaller size pizzas when a larger size dough is used, but that was not the case here, because that was the condition of the largest size pie they offer (16").
The things mentioned above are enough to drive my rating down to 2 stars however it was delivered hot, fresh, and timely which is a saving grace bringing it up to 3 stars (I'm being kind here). Perhaps it's partly my own personal taste preference that was not met, beyond that however, it was still quite lacking.

I originally ordered form here bc most the places we tried to walk to from our hotel last night were all closed. First, it is in the Tempt Restaurant.
It is the best pizza we have ever had. We have had some excellent tasting wood and coal fired pizza, but these topped them all. I had the plain cheese and my wife had the Margherita on their gluten free cauliflower crust. Their Sauce has a bit of a ping to it, but it blends perfectly with the wood fired crust. The cauliflower crust was so good my wife thought it was not the gluten free crust and asked if it was. Because it it wood fired, I would recommend going easy on the toppings so you don't smother the taste of the wood fired crust - 1 or 2 at the most.
Will most definitely get pizza here again when down at VA Beach.
