The food tonight was incredible. After recently returning from a Europe holiday my wife and I have been missing and craving true authentic tasting Italian food and especially since my wife is celiac this can be very hard to find.

Absolute rubbish. Service was absolutely pathetic. Wrong drinks order + slow. My friend specifically required gluten free - and ordered the gluten free option. 30min later we had to leave abruptly as she was sick. Unfortunately Frida Sol is a far cry from what it used to be. I ordered a takeaway pasta Marinara. The flavour was lovely, gluten free pasta was perfectly cooked, wonderful staff....but a Marinara takeaway with one prawn, four mussels (with only two filled) and one empty pippie shell does not meet the $40 price tag.
