I’ve only been Celiac for a year but have never been to Camp 31 before. Calling in, the staff were informative of what was gluten-free/gluten-friendly. Eating in, out server as well was very helpful navigating the menu! All smoked meats and BBQ sauces are gluten-free (Even their own Camp 31 sauces- labeled GF). Lots to choose from- I had the rib combo with bbq baked beans (GF) and smashed potatoes (GF). They don’t have separate fryers, so fries and their tempura batter go in the same fryer. But the server let me know that right away. Would recommend for celiac and gluten sensitive folks that crave a good BBQ spot!
A gem in Paris, ON. Bit pricey but they have some seasonal fun specials. Seated by the window is the best spot. They have GF gluten free options. Parking is a bit tricky with street angled parking, but across the street behind the buildings is more parking. This is a tall building they have elevator to use and stairs.
The gluten-free parma pizza hit the spot! In addition, the Mill Race Bohemian Pilsner was my husband's favourite beer of the flight. Delicious food & drink & friendly staff. Would definitely return.
The Bell phone booth tops it off! It’s like going out for lunch in 1967. The people are nice. The food is good. And the seats are hard. Vegan? Gluten free? Fizzy water? Those words aren’t invented yet. Ketchup? That they got, and some great pies. You get hungry after 4pm? See you tomorrow. Other reviewers have called this a gem. But it’s really a diamond in the rough. Because sometimes you don’t need all the sparkle to know it’s a precious stone. And the Bell phone booth still has a dial tone! We will definitely be back.
Delicious lunch! Homemade potato salad and lemonade were fresh made. Everything we had was fresh and tasty and there were gluten free meals. Really friendly staff. We ate outside.Thank you!
