Good food at reasonable prices. They do a great breakfast.
They also have an entire gluten free menu if you ask for it.

We come to The Queens Head quite regularly, but last week I had possibly the best chicken Caesar Salad I have EVER eaten. And completely gluten free with FRESH Gluten Free croutons! It was to die for. 10/10, and I’m not normally a salad kind of girl. The whole team are brilliant, can’t recommend them enough. Their burgers are also some of the best burgers I’ve had in a loooong time, especially as someone with coeliac disease.
This charming restaurant offers a warm, inviting atmosphere with a focus on allergy awareness and attentive, knowledgeable service. The seating near the prep area highlights the care taken in preparing gluten-free meals, making it a thoughtful choice for gluten-free diners.

Very disappointed with lack of knowledge around allergens and so nonchalant it made for an unpleasant evening!
My father’s rare cancer was caused by gluten, so now he is on a very strict GF diet, this isnt a fad this is serious! I emailed to check whether GF was an option and was told yes, at the time of booking my mum also reiterated this on the phone!
Nothing listed on the menu so my father asked the waiter if the scallops could be GF, response ‘we can try’ !! When this was put on the table, we asked again if it was GF response ‘well if you asked for it to be it will be’ Was given a menu for the puddings by the same waiter and we asked what would be GF, he looked surprised we were asking and thought it was just the ice cream!
The food was lovely but very disappointed and wont be returning or recommending!

A friend and I visited this seemingly small pub/restaurant last night and it did not disappoint.
It is a rabbit warren of areas to sit in, with two main restaurant areas and the atmosphere and staff were very warm and inviting. Even though we were first timers they welcomed us and made us feel like treasured guests.
Their menu was vast and was absolutely delicious. Even accommodates gluten free and other food needs.
We were served by Courtney who clearly enjoys what she does, which was a welcome surprise. Other staff were also ensuring we were happy.
Definitely going to try out their takeaway menu. A great place to go if you want to try out Greek cuisine. Highly recommended.
Ps even has an outside area with dog treats...
