First.. fabulous all the way around. five star food, martinis and service. Chicken Fettuccine was the best I've ever had.
Reduced a star because they advertise Gluten Free pasta and that is *why* we went there over other options. They offer everything in the menu with gluten free pasta for $2 more. They were out of GF pasta. That was disappointing. We did however have the GF "Past" Fortuna meal over risotto and it was great. The thing that you have to remember is those who are GF substitue the heck out of life so when there's a chance for a nice pasta out .. that's what they want.

The first problem was that the food we received didn't meet our expectations based on the menu description. My friend and i both ordered chicken enchiladas in tomatillo sauce with sour cream. The whole plate was smothered in sour cream, no sign or taste of the tomatillo. It was very bland. My friend told the waiter she couldn't handle so much sour cream and asked if she could get a different sauce put on it. He plopped a bottle of tabasco down on the table. So she pulled the chicken out of the enchilada. It came out as a whole piece and was breaded! The menu said nothing about that or i would never have ordered it!
I thought it was weird that a whole piece of chicken was inside the tortilla but hadn't noticed the breading. I can't eat breading! I asked the waiter. He didn't know and made no move to find out. I asked again if he could go in the kitchen and find out. He went reluctantly and came back to say "yeah, it is only slightly breaded". I repeated that i cant have breading, even a small amount. But by now 2/3 of my plate was gone...he simply said "sorry about that."
We told the manager as well that the waiter wasnt helpful and that the menu needs to be clearer. People with celiacs need to know. She apologized but offered nothing, not even to comp the queso.

My friends who live in Hot Springs have raved about the brunch here. So while me and my family we're visiting we decided to try the dinner service at Eden restaurant. Overall the experience was very pleasant although very pricey for what we received. The waitress was brand new but she did a good job handling everything. The bartender was very nice and even remade a drink that I didn't like. The owners are out on the floor and very attentive with overseeing everything. We were a little disappointed that there wasn't that many gluten-free options. I ordered some eggplant fries as an appetizer and they were delicious but very soggy. The charcuterie board was normal nothing spectacular. We also ordered one of the pasta dishes and it was good but very expensive, being $38 for grilled chicken and linguine. The bread pudding was fantastic and so was the cheesecake. Overall our bill was 229$ for 3 cocktails, ( there is also a 30% alcohol tax), 3 salads with no meat, charcuterie board, 1 pasta dish with chicken, 2 desserts, 1 mocktail. They also already add gratuity which was 30 something dollars. I would not eat there for dinner again being that it was not that great for the money but I would try the brunch since my friends have really spoken well of that. Lastly we took an Uber to and from the restaurant because of the lack of downtown parking.

1st trip to Cajun since the opening, I have to say how beautiful the place is and the view is amazing. I really enjoyed the Cajun red beans and rice. The crawfish dip and chips is a must try, will not be disappointed! We also had the Jumbo shrimp with the new potatoes and veggies cooked to perfection. Hamilton Punch is top notch delicious and worth every penny. Don’t forget to try the key lime pie and ask for Candice she is definitely great at what she does. I was also very surprised at all the gluten free options, over half the menu was GF.
