Chili's is always a go-to place for our family, because there's usually something for everyone. We particularly like the Lake Wales location because it's not usually overly crowded, and the service is fantastic. This visit was no exception. Our waitress went above and beyond to make sure our food was safe, as my partner and I are gluten intolerant, and the food was delicious. I didn't get sick, so all was well with our food! We will definitely be back soon!

Original Review - Please add more vegetarian and gluten free options to your lunch menu 🥺 LW desperately needs allergy friendly places to eat! Updated Review - I went and saw they had vegan jambalaya and a burger which is awesome. Would love to see more items come like gluten free pancakes and gf french toast. I'm glad this restaurant owner has an open mind it means a lot! The atmosphere was great. Will have to stop in for that burger sometime!

Update: Besides a salad, there are no plant-based/vegan options. I have the kitchen modify the tacos to have veggies to be vegan. They also have a Greek bowl that can be vegan without cheese. I have requested that they put the vegan tacos on the menu because they are very good and with a corn tortilla, it's also gluten free. There homemade chips and fries are very good. I've experienced resistance getting those dishes accommodated to be vegan, but the wait staff is second to none. The service and atmosphere is what keeps me coming back. I recommend adding a vegan black bean burger too. There are more of us plant-based eater and restaurants need to adapt.
